FCPA is a US statute that keeps a check on corrupt practices at the workplace and in business deals. The enforcement of FCPA is done by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). It helped in levelling the American business all across the globe. Aim of the Anti-Bribery Policy Anti Bribery Policy Should Aim To: Ascertain its awareness of the anti-bribery laws. Document the business and employee's duties. Lessen and regulate bribery threats. Document to whom the protocol applies to. Deliver regulations about receiving gifts. Stress that the corporation has zero-tolerance for bribery.
