FEEDBACK OF CHAKULI PITHA Chakuli Pitha was tasted by my grandmother it was good in taste but the Rice pancakes should be more brownish and crispy. It gives the rememberance of Rava Dosa as a Maharashtrian dish. Rava dosa has close resemblance of taste, flavor and goodness to it.

CHHENA GAJA:-SWEET,SOFT BALLS Chhena gaja is a sweet dish from Odisha,India. Unlike some other popular chhena-based Odisha desserts, such as rasgulla, which have spread throughout India, the Chhena Gaja remains largely popular within the state itself. Although the ingredients of chhena gaja are essentially the same as that of rasgulla and chhena poda, the dishes are very different in taste. However, chhena gaja is equally popular all over Odisha.

INGREDIENTS:- 1 Litre milk ½ cup sugar 2/3 cup water 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon rava (semolina) ½ Ghee for frying gaja METHOD:- Bring the milk to a boil. Turn off the heat and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the lemon juice gradually and stir till the way seperates from the milk solids. Break up the chhena till it is crumbly. Add rava and knead well till it becomes as a smooth dough. Divide the dough and make equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Set aside. In small kadhai, over low flame, heat about ½ cup ghee. Keeping the heat low to medium, add a few gaja at a time to the ghee and fry till golden brown. Fry all gaja , and add them into sugar syrup. Let it soak in syrup for about one hour. Remove Chhena Gaja from syrup.

FEEDBACK OF CHHENA GAJA As Chhena Gaja is a sweet dish it had needed to soak sugar syrup to give a taste of sweetness. It gives me rememberance of Gulab Jamun as same as the Chhena Gaja. Gulab Jamun has close resemblance of taste, flavor and goodness to it.
