CHAIRMANS WELCOME / CROESO’R CADEIRYDD President Good afternoon, we extend a warm welcome to Clwb Rygbi Dai Davies Bangor for today’s opening game of the season, after the past two years of stop start rugby we are looking forward to the Chairman new campaign in what we hope will be an uninterrupted sea- James Holloway son. Our games against Bangor have been very closely con- tested in recent seasons, I’m sure today will be no exception [email protected] with both teams keen to start with a win. Secretary The coaches and players have had a successful pre-season, Neil Farrington fitting in two friendlies, whilst also winning trophies at the Radnor, Heart of Wales and Machynlleth 7’s. We have several [email protected] new faces joining the squad this season from last year’s Youth team, with the average age of the players less than 23 Treasurer years old, the future of the club looks bright. Michelle Jones There has been a huge amount of work going on at the club [email protected] over the summer to get ready for today’s opening game, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved Vice Chairman for their hard work. Bob Jones Grassroots rugby in Wales is desperately short of referees, [email protected] the WRU are trying to recruit more and hold on to the ones they have, so enjoy today’s match and please remember to Clubhouse/Community be respectful of the referee, without them we have no game.
