Today's educational realm is full of multiple perspectives, technologies, and opportunities for students and educational leaders. The goal of professional development for educators is to go beyond maintenance and to create sustainability and professional longevity. LeaMd4weanrdtoring REQUIRED for CCISD MENTOR TEACHERS The Office of Professional Learning will be hiring CCISD teachers to help mentor new teachers. All teachers who are hired to serve as mentors will be required to attend this two-day training. Mentor teachers will work with Dr. Katie Walker and Lead4ward during these two days of learning,

This two-day training explores the tools and skills needed to effectively coach and mentor new teachers.
