ACCIDENT SCENE MANAGEMENT CLASS Accident Scene Management (ASM) has trained over 35,000 students through the expertise of over 100 instructors in 32 states across the USA. We are the largest Motorcycle Trauma Training organization in the world. ASM is the leading Motorcycle Trauma Training Organization in the world, and the only accredited non-profit Bystander Program in the USA. The key to reducing injuries and fatalities to motorcyclists is education. Road Guardians encourages all motorcyclists to become lifelong learners, and to do all they can to avoid a crash from occurring. We go one-step further than many other safety programs – we connect motorcycle trauma first response as part of the solution. Instructor Led ASM Basic 100 series class (Saturday) and Advanced 300 series class (Sunday). Instructor: Michelle Inzunza. Hosted by: Fort Worth HOG. Location & Times: Fort Worth Harley Davidson. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This class is NOT open to the general public and is open to members of Fort Worth HOG only. Each class costs $85 per student which includes all course materials. Pre-Requisite for Advanced 300 class: Must have taken ASM Basic class within the past 2 years [2017 or 2018]. Saturday: Basic 100 series Register for Basic class Sunday: Advanced 300 series Register for Advanced class
outstanding Respected, praiseworthy, heroic You may not know him, but Richard L. Greene can be found at almost any Fort Worth HOG ride or event. He’s the man on the blue Heritage Softail on many of the chapter’s rides. But, there is more to Richard than that. He is a Vietnam War veteran, as well as, a Native American dancer who participates in gatherings around the region. It does not matter what the event, whether it’s a meeting, HOG Hosted Happy Hour, Demo Days or a ride, chances are very good that “Richard L.” will be there. The Best in The West chapter is proud to recognize this Outstand- ing Member, Richard L. Greene.

Words of Wisdom You come into the world with nothing. You leave this world with nothing. While you are here, you should have something really cool! “HOG FEED.” The name has served us well, but we believe it is time for a change. We would like to rename the Fort Worth HOG newsletter and we need your help. Our goal is to find a name that relates to our Fort Worth, Best in The West chapter. Maybe something like “The Cowtown Courier.” We know that we have a lot of creative members, so we are asking for your input and suggestions for a new name for the newsletter that ties to our identity. There will be a prize awarded for the new name that is ultimately selected. Please submit your newsletter title suggestion to Harry Wilfer at [email protected] no later than September 27th.
