COMING SOON! Fort Worth HOG’s Veterans Memorial Challenge, “Tour of Honor”, will be a great opportunity to pay our respects to members of our armed forces, particularly those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the defense of our country and our allies. Plus, it gives us more excuses to ride (as if we need any). Learn more at our February Chapter Meeting.
2022 CHAPTER PHOTO This year instead of trying to get everyone together to take a chapter photo, we are going to produce a Chapter Photo by creating a composite picture from individual photos. We will set up to take photos at each chapter meeting and at Chapter functions and rides. To get your picture added to the Chapter photo, get with Flash (Gordon Schierberg) and we will get your picture taken. The first compilation containing pictures taken at the first Chapter Meeting has been posted below and will be posted to the website.
Welcome to our new and returning members
RIDE 365 Another year is under way and if you haven’t done so already you need to log your mileage. The Fort Worth HOG officers met earlier in January to plan out the next twelve months. From an activities perspective, we will be bringing back the usual events like HOG socials, chapter rides, the chapter picnic with bike games, as well as, a Halloween party and the Christmas party. Some of the chapter rides will have a theme like the PI Day ride and the Easter Egg Hunt. We will also be introducing more individual and small group events like the Name Game and some other challenge rides. Last but not least, we have built in some additional overnight rides to new places such as, Palo Duro Canyon and Midway TX, as well as, the opportunity to collect a \"HOG 10 Rides for 2022\" poker chip. There will be more information forthcoming on all of these events and more. If you have a favorite ride, eating establishment or destination, please let me know and I will see if it can be worked into this year's activities.
