Mid-Term Goals- These goals are milestone goals that you need to hit in order to get to your long-term goals. These goals can take few months to even few years to achieve. Short-Term Goals- These goals are your mid-term goals broken down into bitesize goals and can be things that you can work on today or within this month to help you get to your mid-term goals. To set goals for your future, it helps to use this diagram called your \"Goals Pyramid\" as shown below: The \"Flag,\" all the way at the top, is your Personal Mission Statement, and all your goals should ultimately point back to this. 3.5 Take Massive Action
LIFE-ASSESSMENT & PLANNING 3.5 Take Massive Action PROGRESS > PERFECTION \"You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.\" Zig Ziglar “God provides the wind, but man must raise the sails.” St. Augustine At this point of the workbook, you've reflected on some things that's been shaping the way you view yourself, broke through some limiting beliefs, and made a conscious decision on who you are committed to be. You've also learned how to take inventory of who you are, uncovered your inner passion, did a full life audit, and created goals for your future! Now, it's time to TAKE ACTION. You can spend all your time planning your way to your dream life, but without action, your plan will remain just as a daydream. Your focus when taking action should always be PROGRESS over perfection: Many people get to this point of life planning and instead of taking action, they freeze because they feel like they don't know the exact, perfect way to go about it, and they think if failure is an option, they would rather not do it. Don't let fear of failure stop you from taking action. As Dale Carnegie put it, \"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.” If you want to take your dream and make it into a reality, take those first messy steps, fall down a couple times, and get back up again— Take massive action. How do I take massive action? 1) Know WHAT you want. 2) WHY you want it. 3) HOW you plan to achieve it. Complete your 3 steps for massive action on the next page! sharonkilonhan.com | page 75
LIFE-ASSESSMENT & PLANNING 3.5 Take Massive Action 3 Steps for Massive Action 1) WHAT- What do you want? Successful people have clarity in knowing exactly what they want. In the space below, write down an outcome you want to see in your life. Make sure your goal is specific, measurable, and has a deadline. For example, instead of \"I want to make more money,\" a specific, measurable goal with a deadline would be, \"I will make $5,000 from my side hustle in 3 months.\" 2) WHY- Why do you want it? Write down what your main reasons are for accomplishing this goal. (Will achieving this goal get you closer toward fulfilling your greatest life vision? Why is this important to you anyways?) 3) HOW - How will you achieve it? Massive action is the accumulation of small actions done with consistent effort over a long period of time. Write down the very first few steps that you can take TODAY toward your goal. Write down the small easy things that you can get started on right away with low resistance to get the momentum going in the right direction. Then, execute. Do that first thing on the list RIGHT NOW. Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: sharonkilonhan.com | page 76
3.6 Break Through Fear & Become Resilient
LIFE-ASSESSMENT & PLANNING 3.6 Break Through Fear & Become Resilient BE RESILIENT “Do not judge me by my success. Judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” Nelson Mandela “You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.” Maya Angelou In this last worksheet of the workbook, I want to provide you with a tool to help you break through fear and become resilient. In this journey, you will run into obstacles and setbacks. When things get hard, remember that things are hard because you are growing. Think of it like training your muscles at the gym; When things get hard, this is your chance to grow your muscles for resilience. In order to walk out in your full potential, you have to learn how to have the courage to persist in the face of fear and adversity. So come back to this worksheet whenever you feel like fear is stopping you from taking action on something that's important to you. Ready to stop letting fear call the shots in your life? Go through each of the questions on the next page to break through fear and become a more resilient version of you! sharonkilonhan.com | page 78

Congrats! You've reached the end of the workbook! Hey there, it's Sharon! Congrats on finishing this workbook! Give yourself a pat on the back because you deserve it! :) I hope this workbook has helped you to get to know yourself better, clarify what it is you want in life, why you want it, and what you are going to do about it. It's such an honor for me to be able to serve and contribute something to your life with this workbook. Thank you for your time and for trusting me through this process. It probably wasn't easy, but I hope it was worthwhile. As we are all in this journey of learning more about who we are and how we can walk out in the fullness of it, I hope you feel inspired to dream big, to have the courage to take action, to persevere with hope, and most importantly, to love with everything you've got, because I believe if you want to change the world, you need to know what love is. So be grateful for what you currently have and seek out how you can creatively multiply what you've been given to serve, to love, and to add value to other people's lives. The irony of how life and business seem to work is that the more you give, the more you get back. Give it a try sometime! Also, don't forget to rest, be patient, and to have fun along the way. It's not about how fast you can run, but about the things you'll learn, experience, and the people you'll meet along the way. And when you fall, get back up again. The muscles you'll build by being resilient in the face of adversity will get you to where you need to be. Finally, I just want to say... You've got this! Whatever your beautiful dreams and ambitions are in life, if someone can do it, why not you? Cheering you on, sharonkilonhan.com | page 81
