GLOBAL FACTS ABOUT 2,120,000,000 Tons of waste dumped on the planet Every year we dump a massive 2.12 billion tons of waste on the planet. If all this waste was put on trucks they would go around the world 24 times. Waste dumping has become a way to “solve” the world’s enormous waste problem. We need to come up with better ideas pretty quickly or it will spin completely out of control. What waste is dumped? The waste dumped on land-based dumpsites or in the oceans and include: Food waste Tires Sewage Run-off waste (fertilizers, pesticides, oil running into groundwater, rivers oceans) Construction waste Industrial waste Plastic waste Electronic waste Radioactive waste This stunning amount of waste is partly because 99 percent of the stuff we buy is trashed within 6 https://www.theworldcounts.com/challenges/planet-earth/waste/global-waste-problem/story

15 million people are estimated to live and work in garbage dump communities worldwide as of 2017, and this number was on the rise in 2019. It is estimated to continue to rise as the Covid-19 pandemic impacts already vulnerable communities around the world. https://www.intsam.org/about-garbage-dump- It is thought that several million children who live on dumpsites around the world are mostly between the ages of 5 and 17. This is a global problem which needs world focus to save our planet as well as the children. Waste dumped in landfills releases methane gas, and open landfills were found to represent 91% of all landfill methane emissions. Burning of large, open piles of waste in various parts of the world emits dangerous levels of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas that is heating up our planet. Researchers calculate that approximately 40% of the world’s waste is burned in this way, posing large-scale risks to our atmosphere, and people that live near these burning sites. Information taken from https://www.earthday.org/how-our-trash-impacts-the- Q: Why would someone live here? A: Because they have no other choice. 1. Garbage dumps are mostly inhabited by vulnerable populations, including those who face extreme poverty, severe illness and/or disability, and lack of educational opportunities. 2. Garbage dumps are the only place in these areas where people can live for free and find items that they can keep for their families or sell for profit, which incentivizes vulnerable populations to stay there. 3. In almost all garbage dumps, recycling garbage offers opportunities for small wages for those willing to filter through the contents – a wage that allows individuals and their families to survive, but not a high enough wage for them to leave.

THIS IS OUR GLOBAL WASTE PROBLEM. The only thing that changes is: CURRENCY LANGUAGE & CULTURE

SOLVING THE WASTE PROBLEM. With proprietary protected technology process, we turn any waste material into an income source. We create energy / fuel pellets to provide inexpensive electricity. Alternatively we provide energy fuel pellets for the manufacture of Carbon Black, Pyro Oil, Diesel and Solvents all of which can be sold profitably. THE WASTE Nearly every type of waste and typical \"trash or garbage\" can be used, i.e. municipal garbage, agricultural waste including cow manure, clothing, plastic bottles, food scraps, newspapers, plastics, etc. Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZEW2E™) systems will also process wastewater treatment plant sewage solids, and even medical waste. Some examples of specialty waste producers are cruise liners, dairy, military, large manufacturers, rail and airports. THE CONTAINERIZED PLANTS. The 1 to 5 ton per hour plant size consists of five 40’ containers. These can be situated on an 8” (200mm) thick concrete pad. Size to be 150 feet by 250 feet (45.72m by 76.2m). The 20 ton per hour plant is available. Note (this plant size can be used when the garbage coming in would exceed the 1 to 5 ton capability initially. In addition, when producing electricity with this size plant a much greater profitability is realized).

THE PROCESS Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZEW2E ) is a patented technology process whereby waste is sorted, shredded, treated to kill bacteria and odor then pressed into pel- lets. The pellets can be used or sold as fertilizer or fuel. The pellets can be repurposed further to produce syn- gas which can drive an electrical turbine, with no meas- urable harmful emissions, subsequently protecting the air, the earth, the water and our atmosphere THE WHY Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZEW2E ) technology offers a scalable solution to mankind's increasing garbage and waste problems and beyond. THE PRODUCTS “15 TPH TWS LEGEND” 15 TPH - TONS PER HOUR

THE PRODUCTS “PLUG AND PLAY” SYSTEM 1 - 5 TPH - TONS PER HOUR This is a (ZeW2E™) Plug & Play Processor. These are systems that are ready to ship out, plug in, and turn on. They include all parts of the (ZeW2E™) System, plus gasifier and water filter, all contained in three storage containers. QUAD DECK CONTAINERIZED RE- CYCLING PLUG AND PLAY SOLUTION

THE PROCESS With (ZeW2E™) Technology, the process begins by placing waste material on to the initial conveyor. The system can use a small loader or it can be configured to accept material directly from collection vehicles. The process is very useful for waste material with high organic content. The TWS comes equipped for a ”negative sort”, removing rocks, metals, and other inert materials or potential contaminants. This sorting line is on the ground level and is typically three feet wide. With heavier sorting requirements, (ZeW2E™) has the option of adding a trommel screen and elevated sorting line for the removal of recyclables. Immediately prior to the sorting line, the rotating trommel screen can be placed to remove materials that are under a designated size. Typically, this screen is 3 inches, so all small materials will drop into the ground level sorting line. At this point metals will be removed by a ferrous magnetic sorter and rocks and glass are removed by a sorting personal. The trommels are sized to the desired processing capacity of the system, also it could be designed at the client’s discretion. Also, additional mechanical sorting equipment may be added such as optical sorters and air handlers or other processing equipment. All of (ZeW2E™) process systems starts with shredders featuring a proprietary design.

THE SHREDDER. • Equipped with hydraulic pusher moving waste towards the shredding drum. • The system uses patented blade cooling system. • It can shred from thin to thick plastic films to toughest palm fronds. • The waste is processed into uniform sizes of 50 millimeters or less. • Uniform size and smaller particles are vital to the process since it helps the system to quickly kill bacteria, germs, and eliminate odors. THE RADIANT HEAT MOISTURE EXTRACTOR. • During the initial unloading stage (prior to shredder), the odor is initially controlled by a built in mist/spray system. • The (ZeW2E™) Radiant Heat Moisture Extractor will process the shredded waste to reduce the bacteria and odor causing pathogens. • It is designed to lower the moisture content to less than 10%. • It utilizes INDIRECT dry steam or oil for energy. THE PRESS. • After exiting the Radian Heat Moisture Extractor, the waste will transfer to the Press. • It is designed to further remove the moisture content by 40%. • The liquid extracted from the process is gathered and transferred to a special filtration system via a pump. THE LIQUID EXTRACTOR/WATER TREATMENT. • The dirty water from the press is ran through sand filters first. • The waste water is further filtered through activated carbon filters. • The process adds chemicals to the water in order to reclaim it and in effect brings it back up to irrigation standards. • The reclaimed water can then be used for cleaning, farming, or any other on/off site uses.

THE RADIANT HEAT PROCESSOR. • While the extracted liquid is going through the reclaim process, the solids are transferred to the Radiant Heat Processor via the conveyor belt. • At this stage, solids are further stabilized and the leftover moisture gets extracted and turned into a vapor, leaving the solids with the desired moisture level (as low as 4%). • It also disintegrates many of the toxins that are found in the MSW. • It utilizes INDIRECT dry steam or oil for energy. THE PELLETIZER. • A grinder is then used to prepare the material for pelletizing or briquettes. • The pellets can be made to any specification. • This system uses a pellet-chilling unit to create a long lasting and high value commodity for energy applications. • If only organic waste is used, the end product can also be used as fertilizer and/or animal feed. THE FINISHED PRODUCT SPECIFICATION. • The produced pellets burn cleaner than any other source of fuel, and have a high BTU value. • Our pellets do not produce smoke while burning and burns longer due to compact of the pellets. • Smoke from the pellets if any, would be the Syngas • Some applications will not require pellets, so material straight from the dryer (aka “fluff”) or ground into a powder form are also options. • Pellets, fluff, and powder are highly marketable for energy production, even when not in pellet form.

THE TECHNOLOGY BENEFITS. Trash is converted to pellets/fluff, then sold on open market to major users. Another additional option is to add back-end modules to the (ZeW2E™) system, further monetizing the pellets by converting them into other usable/marketable products like electricity, animal feed, other gases (H or N), rubber filler, etc. ORGANIC / TOTAL WASTE. ENERGY PELLETS (TWO TYPES) ELECTRICITY FUEL FERTILIZER ANIMAL FEED No measurable harmful emissions, subsequently protecting our environment.

Gather the following basic information, and you are on the way with KBI’s Next Generation Solutions. • What process is currently used to dispose of waste? • Are there any existing contracts associated with waste disposal? If so, please provide a copy. • Approximately how much waste (tons) is being produced daily (max, min, avg)? • Does the waste include any raw sewage, and if so – how much? • Does the waste include any manure, and if so – how much? • Does the waste include any building construction material, rock, glass and/ or metals, and if so – how much? • Is there a separate pickup for recyclables? If yes… • Are they processed separately, or do they also end up being disposed of as waste? • How much is the cost for waste disposal (typically as a cost/ton tipping fee)? • What approximate annual salary costs are allocated for waste disposal? • What benefits (if any) are presently being realized from the current waste? • Is a feed in tariff in place, and if so, what is the current rate paid per kwh? • What is the current rate paid per kwh of electricity?

THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR NEXT GENERATION WASTE CONVERSION TECHNOLOGY. 1. What type of energy pellets are produced? Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) can be directly processed into (fluff similar to hay) or pellets to generate Jet Fuel, Diesel Fuel, Solvents, Asphalt, Pyroil, Carbon Black, Graphene, Syngas or as an additive blended with coal or natural gas to generate a heat source. Organic Food Waste can be processed into organic fertilizer (liquid, fluff, granular or pellets), or feed for cattle, poultry, and fish. Waste Byproducts can be sold independently or via marketing and distribution channels. 2. What is Zero Emissions - (Ze)? Zero Emissions typically refers to an engine, motor, process, or energy source that emits no waste products while operating that pollutes the environment. It is far superior, more economical than incineration that is known for polluting the air, water and soil that cause immeasurable health problems. 3. How does Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZeW2E™) compare to incineration? State of the art incineration equipment removes some, but not all the heavy metals from stack gases. (A flue-gas stack, also known as a smoke stack, chimney stack or simply as a stack, is a type of chimney, a vertical pipe, channel or similar structure through which combustion product gases called flue gases are exhausted to the outside air) Wikipedia. The leftover ash often contains concentrated amounts of lead and cadmium as well as dioxin and furans. In addition, incinerators are more expensive to build and operate and are significantly less 4. How does Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZeW2E™) work? Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZeW2E™) is a patented process whereby waste is sorted, shredded, treated to kill bacteria and odor, and pressed into pellets which can be used or sold as a fuel, fertilizer or animal feed, or which can be repurposed into syngas to drive a turbine and generate electricity, with no measurable harmful emissions. 5. What is the system sizes (tons per hour) of KBI Zero Emissions Waste to Energy We offer containerized systems sized to process 1 to 5 ton per hour. The systems are site assembled. The 20 tons per hour plants are predicated on waste volume. Larger sizes are also available.

THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR NEXT GENERATION WASTE CONVERSION TECHNOLOGY. 6. What is the footprint required for a Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZeW2E™) plant? The footprint average size base for a 1 to 5 ton per hr. process consists of five 40’ containers. These can be situated on an 8” (200mm) thick concrete pad. Size to be 150 feet by 250 feet (45.72m by 76.2 m). And the 20 ton per hour footprint is... 7. How many personnel are required to operate Zero Emissions Waste to Energy (ZeW2E™) On a 10hr shift on the 20ton per hour machine. Ref: Clean Waste you would need a maximum of 8 people per shift. 6 Separators 1 Supervisor 1 Operator 8. How long does it take to receive a (ZeW2E™) plant from date of order to installation? 90-120 days, approximately 30 days for shipping depending on destination. All systems are assembled in the USA prior to shipping. 9. What happens to the water content from the solid waste? Liquids extracted from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) may be used for irrigation, or with additional treatment stages can be made potable. Pure organic waste liquid from processing food and bio waste may be used as liquid fertilizer. 10. What is Waste to Energy / Electricity (W2E™)? Waste to Energy / Electricity is the process of generating energy / electricity and/or heat from the primary treatment of waste, or the processing of waste into a fuel source. In the past W2E primarily meant incineration, but newer technologies allow waste to be converted to energy / electricity without generating potentially harmful stack emissions from incinerating trash. 11. What is Zero Emissions Waste to Energy / Electricity - (ZeW2E)? Zero Emissions Waste to Energy / Electricity (ZeW2E™) is a process of utilizing newer patented technologies to generate energy pellets or electricity with literally no burning and thus no pollution or emissions. It is a much better and a lower cost alternative to incineration.

THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR NEXT GENERATION WASTE CONVERSION TECHNOLOGY. 12. How much electrical energy does 1 ton of waste per hour produce? 1 ton of trash produces 0.5 tons of pellets, which in turn can generate 0.5 MW of electricity. 13. How many containers does it take to ship the 20ton per hour? 15 Ton = 8 Containers. 1.20ton - 1 piece of each or we have to make it 1 x 15 and 1 x 5 or 2 x 15. 2 x 15 is not a lot different in pricing. Another 2 - 3 million dollars gives you the 2 x 15ton. 14. Why should we have more than one machine? We advise you have more than one machine as redundancy is very critical if one machine goes down the plant continues to function. 15. How long would it take to produce an order for 6 x 5ton per hour machines? We would supply the one machine every 2 months. Maximum to deliver all of them would be 8 months. 16. What is the lead time on a 15ton per hour machine? 120 days - All coming out of USA. 17. What is the size of the concrete pad for the 15 ton per hour? The 15ton per hour - If you include inside dumping area and separation area and expand more we would always say around 30-40,000 sq ft for everything inside. 18. What is the cost without the electrical turbine component, but just producing pellets? 15 ton per hour is 14 Million 800,000 dollars, including: Installation, Shipping and Training. 5 ton per hour is 7 Million 695,000 dollars, including: Installation, Shipping and Training. 1 ton per hour is 1 Million 995,000 dollars, including: Installation, Shipping and Training.
