There will be times where face to face learning solutions will not be possible or made available. 2020 saw a global rise of COVID-19 cases which significantly impacted the learning culture within NOMAC. Performance Management in 2022 for NOMAC will see new changes. Throughout the year, we will slowly embrace ACWA Powers Performance Management Process, further information will be provided in due course, however, two essential components of performance management will not change – Goal Setting (target Q1) and Year End Evaluations (target Q4) Training sessions will be provided and dates will be communicated via NOMAC’s Talent Talk, a monthly newsletter provided to all employees from the Talent team. Training will be for managers to improve the performance of their team members through giving better feedback, assessing performance and having worthwhile check-ins with their employees. Managers need to be able to give specific, timely and helpful feedback that leads to raises in performance and not defensiveness in the other person.
