It’s time to discuss goals… Why do goals matter? By setting clear goals for the year ahead, you improve your ability to achieve results and improve your skills. Write specific goals regarding your work. Minimum two goals, Maximum five goals Example: Enhance HSE Performance: Objective: Enhance Synergi Life Quality Reporting & Ontime Closure Key Result 1: Complete the required physical and eLearning training to be familiar with the platform used for reporting “Synergy Life”, minimum 1 training each Key Result 2: Participate actively in MSW “Management Safety Walks”, min. 2 MSW per month Key Result 3: Be vigilant while conducting activities in the field for any abnormalities, conduct at least 1 Toolbox talk before start of each day activity All Operators and Technicians have the following goal plan to use. Ensure that you write goals within these sections (confirm with your manager the weightage of each goal). 1. Enhance HSE Performance * 2. Develop people to Deliver Growth Strategy * 3. Maximize Shareholder Value * – If relevant to job role 4. Implement Initiatives to Enhance Sustainability & Institutionalization* – If relevant to job role 5. Job or Person Specific Goals Write one goal based on how you will improve your skills to be better at your job. To support you with writing goals in these sections, a selection of pre- written goals can be found in the goal library (in ‘Add goal’ on the Employee Portal).
