Guidelines to use the learning calendar This calendar will cover only group trainings. For Individual trainings refer to the communication by respective L&D team. • Employees can enroll for courses that they prefer to attend through MISHKATY directly. • A confirmation mail is sent to the employees upon registration. • Each course has fixed number of seats (15 – 20 max). • Confirmation of enrollment is at the discretion of the project manager • The employees from the departments relevant to the business will be given priority for enrollment by the project managers • If the seats are full, the employees' registrations will be moved to the waiting list in MISHKATY • The employee in waiting list will be given priority if there is any cancellation from the registered employees • 1or 2 days training should not require any employee to travel. • Any training needs to be preapproved, except e-learning courses on MISHKATY. • The trainer will travel to the required destination where there are more majority participants attending from the same office/location/plants for the group training. • External trainings to be confined to the strategic and complex topics like leadership change, complex technical and other weighty topics, any other topics should utilize internal trainings NOMAC | Public

How to Submit a training Request? If you find a course, you like you can submit a training request. Courses are made available based on the need from the business. Once you submit a request this will be assessed and aligned with the wider requirement of the business. If approved, the training will be made available for you to enroll. How do I apply for a course? How can I find out if training will take place in my location? – Applicable when face to face training commences. You can apply for a course by applying on MISHKATY, your line manager will need to approve this request following the official approval process.
