I am recognized as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Certified Commercial Investment Members are members of an elite group.

Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners worldwide have that distinction. I have expertise in market research, site selection, lease negotiation, pro-forma projections, investment analysis and distressed asset disposition services.

This recognition is, in part, a result of my proven track record within the commercial real estate arena, specifically my work rendering comprehensive opinions of value, generating quality marketing ideas and materials, and the successful disposition of many distressed and non-distressed assets. I have been involved with the commercial real estate world for over 36 years.

I founded Pearl Real Estate Advisors, now known as Pearl Commercial in 2009 as a boutique Commercial Real Estate Firm, servicing clients with investment sales and leasing advice. My primary goal for the next 12 months will be to represent the interests of property owners of high end commercial real estate in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Looking farther ahead, the aim is be known as the commercial real estate authority in Sarasota and Manatee counties. I want my clients to feel like they have the very best.
