Continuing our passion for driving and embracing change through best-in-class enhancements for registered nurses, we're pleased to launch our new pay schedule and sign-on bonus for this year. Those who wish to start their career in America will receive a minimum starting pay rate of $32 an hour.

Our program has raise schedules at $1 per hour at 12, 18, and 30 months for a minimum of $35 per hour at 30 months.  You will also receive an additional $5 per hour after 6,000 productive work hours, regardless of where you are in your contract term. 

Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus of up to $7,000 paid in full and before the start of your U.S. assignment. 

This is an overall pay package increase of around 15% from previous offerings.  We are committed to setting the standard for foreign-educated healthcare professionals to experience the American Dream with above- average pay for qualified registered nurses.

Once accepted, we can also assist you in bringing family members from your country of origin and assisting with immigration needs, including but not limited to visa processing and prioritization.
