LEEZY LINDOKUHLE RAPPER/ RECORDING ARTIST 2021

BIOGRAPHY “Leezy” born as Lindokuhle Angel Khumalo is a multi-talented female rapper who grew up in Snake Park, an informal settlement in Soweto. She wears several other hats namely: song writer, fashion model and qualified music producer. Leezy’s interest in music originates from growing up listening to Hip-hop and pop legends like 2pac, 50 cents, Michael Jackson, Brenda Fassie and Eminem etc. This young and multi-talented female rapper took great interest in the music industry in 2014, when she was doing Grade Nine (9). Her love for music later led her to pursuing a career in the industry channelling the African trap genre with a mixture of Afro pop and Kasi rap. The passion and drive she has, further allowed her to accumulate the Dj Mo Flava bursary back in college to study music production, giving her the opportunity to grow as a musician and pursue a career in the music industry with the likes of Champurumakenzo, MustBeDubz, Flash Ikumkani and sharing the stage with big artists such as Costa titch, Rouge, Yanga Chief and many more.

MUSIC RELEASES Leezy released a single titled Khuzani on the 29th of August 2020. Followed by another massive release of a single titled YizoYizo on the 24th of July 2021.

MUSIC FEATURES Leezy was recently featured on a single titled Danko Zalo produced by Champurumakenzo (Costa titch Dj). Leezy was also featured on Flash Ikumkani album on a track titled Iqhawe. Leezy was recently featured on the Afterschoolisafterschool mixtape which includes the likes of Costa titch, Touchline, Loki, Phantom Steez and other amazing mainstream and upcoming artists.
