EVERYTHING BAGEL CASSEROLE WITH SAVORY CREAM Servings: 8 Serving Size: 1 scoop Total Time: 60 minutes INGREDIENTS Bagel Casserole • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted • 6 plain bagels, toasted • 6 large eggs, whisked • 2 cups milk • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt • 2 cups cheddar jack cheese, shredded • 3 green onions, chopped • 2 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning • 5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled Savory Cream • 8 oz./225 g cream cheese • ½ cup heavy cream • ½ tsp. kosher salt • ½ tsp. garlic powder • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375° F/190° C. Brush the base of the UltraPro 3.5-Qt./3.3 L Lasagna Pan with butter and set aside. 2. Cut bagels into bite-sized pieces and place in the greased UltraPro Lasagna Pan. 3. In medium bowl, whisk remaining casserole ingredients and pour over bagel pieces. 4. Bake covered for 20 minutes, uncover, then bake for an additional 25 minutes. 5. While baking, make Savory Cream by adding all cream ingredients to the base of the Whip ’N Mix Chef and turning the handle on Gear II until creamy and well combined. 6.
