14 Kendall Weekly TimesSox Report by Kyle Veeder What started out as a promising season has quickly gone south for the Sox? Everything has gone wrong from Ace Chris Sale having a melt down and cutting up team jerseys to players now openly calling for the dismissal of Team President Ken Williams. here is a problem on the South Side with morale and Robin Ventura has been doing his best to keep the Sox going all season long. here are issues on the ield as well players not performing and poor attitudes. he prob‐ lem in this organization is from the top down and the person who is in a position to make a difference has been silently all season long and that's the Owner Jer‐ ry Resindorf. So if Resindorf does not step in soon then another season will be gone on the south side. hey are currently 7 games back of the Indians in the Central and dropped a heart breaker last night 2 to 1 to the last place Twins. he Sox need to seize on the opportunity in the next few weeks and put together some wins there is still plenty of time to get back into the pennant race. Deal‐ ing with the Distractions in the front office is impor‐ tant if the Sox want to salvage this season. he weeks ahead the Sox inish up with the Twins and then on to play Tigers and then the Orioles.
