17 OCT 2021 , 10-RABI AL-AWWAL-1443 BE A HERO, SAVE LIFE FIRST AID FOR EVERYONE EVERYWHERE First Aid is an important tool in quickly responding to accidents to ensure that injuries can be efficiently and promptly dealt with, before a trained medical professional arrives to administer more specialized treatment. Oasis International School conducted a first aid training session for the student council members, safety cadets and house captains. The session was conducted by a medical and safety professional, Ms. Rejitha, Senior Head Nurse of Ahalia Medical Group. The Principal and the Academic Coordinator inaugurated and felicitated the ceremony by handing over the student safety cadet jackets to our safety cadets of the school. Becoming trained on first aid methods would help our students to feel more secure and confident, when they have an emergency situation, as they will know the most efficient ways to deal with the situation. An added benefit of this is that, the people around you, be it students or other teachers and staff, will also feel more reassured knowing that there are trained people on the school campus.
