✓ The cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, urinals, showers, basins and associated fittings. (see Allergy Considerations Section)✓ The restocking of bathroom consumables will be completed each day (School to provide consumables).✓ The dusting of tables, desks (without paperwork on them), benches and shelves.✓ The mopping and disinfecting of Kitchen and Cafeteria Facilities (see Food Safety Considerations Sectionunder Educational Facility Cleaning Provisions)✓ The emptying of wastepaper and general rubbish bins inside the rooms.✓ Telephone Cleaning performed on a weekly basis (to reduce the spread of influenza during Flu Season)✓ (Optionally) Dust and Clean Workstations (that include paperwork) if directed by the School.The Cleaners will be responsible for the following duties in performing a standardcleaning schedule: TERM-BREAK CLEANING OF SCHOOL FACILITIES SCHEDULE✓ The vacuuming of floor surfaces✓ The mopping and disinfecting of tiled floor surfaces in toilet and bathroom facilities (see Allergen Awareness under Educational Facility Cleaning Provisions)✓ The cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, urinals, showers, basins and associated fittings. (see Allergen Awareness under Educational Facility Cleaning Provisions)✓ The dusting of tables, desks (without paperwork on them), benches and shelves.✓ The mopping and disinfecting of Kitchen and Cafeteria Facilities (see Food Safety Provisions under Educational Facility Cleaning Provisions)✓ The emptying of wastepaper and general rubbish bins inside the rooms.✓ The polishing of chrome and/or brass fittings✓ The restocking of bathroom consumables will be completed before the restart of term (School to provide consumables).✓ Waxing and Buffing of all polished floor surfaces (Four times per year – but ensuring that the surface does not become to slippery).[Gama Cleaning Service] 3

✓ Steam cleaning of all carpet surfaces (once only per year) ✓ The wiping of reflective glass surfaces ✓ Telephone Cleaning (to reduce the spread of influenza during Flu Season) ✓ (Optionally) Dust and Clean Workstations (without paperwork on them) if directed by the School. ✓ Windowed surface cleaning – including display surfaces and counter tops – (four times yearly) The School will be responsible for: ✓ Providing sufficient access to facilities for the contract to be fulfilled. ✓ Providing feedback on cleaning services as required ✓ Providing warnings of school closure days and term breaks prior to the event. ✓ Providing a list of allergen causing/prohibited substances not to be brought onto school premises prior to inception of any contract. ✓ Where applicable, providing a list of specific cleaning products that are preferred by the schoolDonationGama Group has a donation system for better communities.We suggest: 1. Fundraise 2% of contract amout back to school aunnually. 2. If we get any home or office cleaning through the school, we would fundraise 5% back to school under the student name annually. 3.
