Overwhelming yourself with study commitments or relaxing excessively can be detrimental. Striking a good balance enhances both mental well-being and study quality. Relaxation positively impacts learning, memory, and focus. Effective studying involves creating a schedule with specific objectives and allowing short breaks every hour. Minimize distractions by separating study and leisure spaces, and disconnect from the internet if necessary. Consider setting study goals with a friend to remain accountable.
