As you work towards integrating thismicro Habit of Health into your life, think about who of your friends andfamily could benefit from a little more activity. How can you share theHabits of Healthy Motion?Day 23Sometimes, when we start our Optimal Health™ journey, our goals maybe centered around the scale. When we sit back for a moment andreflect on what we really want, we are able to see the bigger picture ofour Optimal Wellbeing™ and the journey we are on. Make a list of thereasons you started with your OPTAVIA™ journey, and share it with yourHealth Coach. This tool will be an invaluable asset now — and in thefuture. Pull it out when you need a little positive reinforcement.Day 24Those additional 2 minutes of standing will build a foundation for evenmore activity in your life. But as you’ve probably noticed, sharing withothers is a great way to connect. Why not bring things even closer tohome? When you choose to park in one of the further away spots andwalk with your family to the store, or choose activities like a walk afterdinner or a hike with the kids, you are not just helping yourself! Week 5:Celebrate and ContinueYou are about to finish your first 30 days of integration to a lifetimeof Optimal Wellbeing™. The steps that you’ve taken on this journeyare remarkable. There may have been times where you struggled.Just remember, the obstacle is often the way. You made it this far,and that momentum is powerful as you continue on your OptimalWellbeing™ journey. Micro Habit of Health 5: Celebrate Your VictoriesAt times like these, reflecting back on what you’ve accomplishedand pausing to celebrate can be just as important as installing newHabits of Health for the future. Celebrating takes you out of themoment so that you can step back and say, “Wow, I really did that!” Tocelebrate, post on Facebook and to your other social media networksabout your progress, and tag your Health Coach. Give your HealthCoach a call as we’re sure they’d love to hear from you and share inyour celebration.
