Change as we all know, is inevitable and the only constant in the world. As such, to get better we must be open to reinventing ourselves. We must be open to learning from others. We must be open to constantly assessing our progress and goals. We must learn and employ new technology for growth and stay up to date with the latest trends in our field and most importantly, we must be open to feedback from trusted advisors. Success looks different for many people. For me success is helping someone else achieve their goals. Success is being better than I was the day before. Success is learning a new skill and then teaching that skill to others. Success is being viewed as a trusted advisor and not providing the answer to those I mentor but guiding them to their own solutions, which enables them to own their results.
