Student’s Guide to Living! Welcome to our school – we hope you enjoy your course and your free time too. Here is some information to help you. Our courses start at nine o’clock in the morning 5 and finish at half past four in the afternoon. The lunchbreak is from one to two. There is a canteen in the school that serves hot and cold lunches and sandwiches, but there are also cafés and supermarkets near the school if you 10 prefer. Why not eat your sandwiches in the park near the school if the weather is good? The café is also open for snacks, so if you have a break, come and have a coffee or tea. The school has got a library with desks and some comfortable armchairs for reading. 15 There are four internet points, and there are several internet cafés near the school. The library is open from nine to six, so it is possible to stay after school and study with friends. Flats are expensive! It’s a good idea to rent a flat with other students, or look for a small bedsit. The area south of the school is expensive, so look in the north. It’s also possible to look for a bedsit outside town and travel by train.
