IEC Caravan In line with Republic Act No. 9003 and Municipal Ordinances , the Municipal Solid Waste Management team of Floridablanca led an IEC Campaign at Brgy. Fortuna, Palmayo and Pandaguirig, Floridablanca Pampanga, participated by their Barangay officials. It is to encourage all households on proper segregation of their Solid Waste.
