SWOT: Wide array of food available from appetiser to Strength dessert (https://melvados.com) (internal) Supplies to a number of cafes in Singapore (http://foodedgegourmet.com/wholesale) Stamp Cards to entice customers Convenient and time saving: All food products are fully cooked, only require heating for instant consumption Products are made locally and sold at wholesale price (https://melvados.com/about-us) Skilled and knowledgeable staff: they only hire full timers as they are required to remember the ingredients allergens in order to better recommend to the customers Weaknesses Melvados was founded in (internal) 2004(Foodedge was founded in 2003) but they haven’t gotten much attention among youngsters (could it be because Melvados hasn’t been really targeting them in terms of advertising etc.?) They are not available in grocery stores nor convenience store as a frozen food product like the more well known brands out there e.g. CP, 711, resulting in fewer exposures if we are targeting at families
