About the Program The Leadership Development Program is designed for senior leaders in the Prudential Africa market. It is a 5-month journey that involves 9 modules. The LDP Program structure is as below:– • 24 hours (Synchronous Hours - working with Faculty) • 12 hours (Asynchronous Hours - including Positive Intelligence (PQ) Reps, Learning Pod Meetings and Self Reflections) • Access to PQ App for 6 months • Access to Accelium platform for 6 months • Access to Faculty for continued learning support The Faculty are all Professional Certified Coaches from International Coaching Federation (ICF) The program is curated to maximize diverse interaction; focus on self awareness, leadership and team behaviour, intrapreneurship skills and change management. The modules focuses on skills and knowledge development, self awareness, and the abilities needed to lead effectively. The program is also targeted towards cultivating a mindset of intrapreneurship in the company. Sessions would be delivered primarily via virtual mediums. www.outsideinhrng.com [email protected]
About the Program 85 Participants 8 Countries 4 Batches* 49 : 36 73 : 8 : 4 Male : Female English : French : Bilingual *85 Participants would be split into 4 batches of diverse colleagues to ensure intersectionality. French / Bilingual participants will have 4 of the 9 program modules facilitated in French in a 5th batch. If you are unable to attend a session - There may be situations when schedules clash and a participant is unable to attend a session. It is important, in such a situation, for the participant to reach out to the support team well ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for the participant to join another group, on an alternate day, for that session. Program Structure 4 Batches 16 Learning Pods Diverse participants across countries, Each Batch will be grouped into 4 Learning language, gender and departments Pods. Each Learning Pod will have a maximum of 5 to 6 members French batch of 12 (Bilingual and French) participants for 10 hours* of the total of 23.5 The role of the Learning Pod is to support the hours of synchronous sessions members in maximizing learnings, be accountability partners and support in positive intelligence discussions The Learning Pods are expected to meet on alternate weeks (the week with no session) for 60 mins * Additional French batch 1.
