As I grew older and my family transitioned to St Louis for good. I started running the street, making bad decision, and started having children, it was through the choices I was making I found myself being rejected. Somehow this thing called church kept drawing me back into its arms. When I finally got tired of it all. I finally stayed; in church, I mean. I was finding myself, and my purpose all while still being rejected; this time in the church house by family and those that called themselves saints. Nonetheless, I didn’t let that stop me, I was persistent, I kept going. I cried behind doors, pillow getting softer by tears. Through this process, I grew thick skin and became unstoppable. I was talked about, left behind, black balled, left out, had my character assassinated and left spiritual dead; by those that was supposed to love me. I still didn’t let that stop me. In fact, the irrejection ignited my fire even the more. You may have to cry, cry anyway! you may have to push, push harder anyway! when you can’t find anyone to walk by your side, walk alone anyway. You are becoming - so that others may become. Your assignment is not like others, and cannot be replicated. Although some may try to emulated it, but I can assure you my dear; it will never be duplicated. Never allow someone’s negative energy and dislike they have for you to become your story. You my friend are a walking testimony for the world to read; Regardless of your past failures, you may have fallen; but get back and don’t you dare quit. You can begin again. You are strong, mighty, fierce, ambitious, and full of potential. Today, I stand relevant and on the shoulders of powerful men and women that dared to give me a chance, pushed me to greater, never gave up on me and looked beyond my frailty and femininity and saw my drive and my purpose. I am married to Glenn Gill for 19 years and have five amazing children named Joshua, Sean, Andrew, Diamond and Krystal Gill. I was born in the Brooklyn Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn, New York City. My parentsare Victor Wellington and Olga Wellington immigrants from Barbados, West Indies. I was raised and brought up in Christian home. I attended PS 135 Elementary, Winthrop Junior High School and John Jay High School in New York City. My goal was to pursuenursing as well as to become a teacher. I started top ursue my dream by taking college classes in Kingsborough College, New York City. My dream was stalled temporarily when I had an opportunity to move to Florida. I relocated to Florida and started working in the nursing field for 18 years. I genuinely love caring about the elderly and eventually I completed and earn a Florida Administrator licensed and work as an Administrator at two Assisted Living facilities. It was a blessing to bring encouragement and joy to the residence at those facilities. My work ended when I took a leave to care for one of my children. My mother Olga Wellington was a social worker at the time, and I became very intrigue of helping children in the foster care system. In fact, I began to volunteer at the Family Visitation Centerin Marion County Ocala, Florida. Eventually my love for children progress and Ibegan working at Just Kids Academy in Ocala Florida. I wanted to inspire, teach, build and give the children a greater aspiration in life. Therefore, within a year I planned and funded a toy drive for the children who were staying in the hospital during Christmas. I got permission from the hospital coordinator to give out presents to children that needed extra love at that time of care. I was extremely happy to be a great joy and cheer to the children’s hospital wing. Afterwards I returned to college and graduated with an Associate and bachelor’s in education from Liberty University. I createdlogos, flyers, brochures, newsletters, calendars, bookmarks, various programs, conference packages, wedding packets, photography, funeral and memorial programs.Eventually my husband and I open a business called Vision Graphics and Designs. This business gave me the opportunity to help people throughthe gifts and talents that God has given to me. In fact, I created programs for Franks Funeral home as well as other funeral homes in the community. I also did wedding photography shoots and engagements with my husband locally in theState of Florida.The business was closed. Thereafter, I was ordained as a Deaconess and Elder in the same ministry I volunteered in many auxiliary Departmentsbeginning with Sunday school class teaching children, outreach through feeding the homeless, media, dance ministry, photography, youth and food pantry. I focus more on following of the leading of the Holy Spirit which was to dance and intercessory prayer. God has used me tremendously to minister in dancing prophetically under the anointing and fire of Holy Spirit inministry.That Ihave witnessed God’shealing, encouragement and deliverance of people in magnificentway. I also choreograph, mentor and equip others to dance for the Lord. I taught children, teens and adults the biblical aspects of the Word of God as well as trained them to move gracefully in dance for over 20 years. My name is Anila Kaba –Bashllari and I help people to live a charged and fulfilled life, find their inner peace and wisdom, tune to their intuition and creativity for high productivity and performance. I can split my career in 2 parts: what I was doing for almost 30 years as top - level manager for different public, private and international organizations and what I am doing now as coach, mentor and trainer in personal development helping hundred and thousands of people to unleash their power and potential. The “call” for change started in year 2003 when I was feeling very stressful due to staff relations in the office I was in charge as Country Manager. At least this is what I was thinking then. Now I see clearly that it was lack of my emotional intelligence and leadership skills as my position was about people. As a saying goes: “Everyone does wish to change everything and everyone around them but very reluctant to work on their inner world”. Things started to unleash in front of my eyes and the struggle I was facing to turned into excitement about self, others and life. Seeing my results and the new way I was approaching life and work, I thought this needs to be shared with others and help them to live a better life, find the harmony between family and work, enjoying life and tune to their passions, become conscious parents, develop their careers and have financial freedom. It might look too good to be true but we have the power and wisdom to do so. We just need to tune and align into them. The results of my clients inspire me everyday to grow more and become the better version of me. As my coach Rich Litvin was telling us: “You can’t dive a person deeper than you dive yourself”. What are your current projects? Reaching more people domestically and internationally and help them to get the results that they are longing for in personal and professional life. I am working internationally but I am looking to expand and reach millions instead of hundreds and thousands. Hoinser Group February 2021 Hoinser News Nnamdi Egbuaba His Inpirational Story Shortly after he took over as head coach of the Maryland football team in early December, DJ Durkin began holding meetings with each of his new players. There were nearly 100 stories for Durkin to learn, but perhaps none was as fascinating as that of redshirt sophomore linebacker Nnamdi Egbuaba. He told Durkin about growing up in Nigeria, which he had left just four years earlier to become an international student at St. Frances Academy in Baltimore. By the time he committed to Maryland, Egbuaba had played organized football for all of 14 months. An Ethiopian immigrant who came to the United States as a youngster himself, Hailemariam had a similar experience growing up. He fell in love with football and eventually walked on at Maryland in the early 1990s. After climbing the coaching ladder, he helped develop Nigerian Sunny Odogwu from a skinny 6-foot-8 prospect to into a starting offensive lineman at the University of Miami. He recognized a similar opportunity with Egbuaba. “He has the potential to play at a very high level. More importantly, it gave his family and himself an opportunity to come here to take advantage of an education that he so desired and wanted. That was really the platform,” Hailemariam said of Egbuaba. “That’s the reason why I do it, because it did it for me. I’m coming from Ethiopia, playing a sport I don’t know about, and it gave me an opportunity to go to the University of Maryland.
