We create great-tasting organic, Fairtrade chocolate which brings smiles to people’s faces and makes them feel good about themselves and the planet. We love it! Chocolate that tastes good and does good too. We have a real passion for good natural food. Chocolate is fascinating; we treasure the richness and all the exciting flavours. The taste profile depends on the type of cacao bean, soil, weather, fermentation, roasting, conching etc. We source our amazing cacao from The Dominican Republic, Peru, Panama and Madagascar and each origin has their distinct flavour profile. As much care is lavished upon the ingredients, packaging and materials as goes into developing our products. When we develop new flavours, we have ambitious goals. If it’s not great, it’s not worth doing. Our core values dictate our ethical sourcing, organic status and environmentally-responsible materials as we have a genuine wish to run an eco-friendly business. We carefully choose partners who share the same values as us and who we want to build long-lasting relationships with. All of this we could not do without our dedicated team members, who are willing to move mountains in order to achieve our vision and to provide excellent service to our customers, and we want them to be proud of the business they work for. 2

PREMIUM, ORGANIC, FAIRTRADE CHOCOLATE BARS Key points AWARD WINNING Our range has received 37 Gold Great Taste Awards. ORGANIC WITH NO COMPROMISE We use only the best cacao and other premium ingredients available to produce an organic chocolate of the finest quality. Organic produce can be traced from the farm to the fork with every process obtaining a certificate of conformity. This enables full traceability. FAIRTRADE Our cacao, cane sugar, coffee and vanilla are sourced from Fairtrade certified cooperatives. ORIGIN Our sourcing partner buys our high-quality organic cacao directly from Fairtrade certified cooperatives in Peru, The Dominican Republic, Panama and Madagascar. NATURAL All our ingredients are natural. We do not use soy lecithin and the bars are of course all gluten free. VEGAN 7 of our flavours are vegan and display The Vegan Society logo on the wrappers. BEAUTIFUL INSIDE OUT Hand-painted illustrations make the eye-catching award-winning packaging ideal for gifting. ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING The 80g and 40g bars have an outer wrapper made from FSC certified paper and the inside wrapper is made from wood pulp making it fully compostable/ biodegradable. 3

AWARD-WINNING Our chocolate have won multiple prizes in recognition of quality, in fact we have won 39 awards in total since 2011. 37 Gold Great Taste Awards, one Silver and one Bronze from Academy of Chocolate Awards across our range. The high quality of the chocolate is due to the standard of the cacao beans and the production of the chocolate. It all has to be made with love and dedication. The awards help consumers make a decision when faced with a shelf full of packages. When we develop new flavours, we have ambitious goals. HAND-PAINTED ILLUSTRATIONS Our hand-painted packaging design is the result of working closely with a talented artist from New York to capture the organic nature of our brand. The illustrations are all hand-painted and a lot of love has been put into them. We draw inspiration from the aesthetically-rich areas our beans come from, and from the ingredients in our bars. ORIGIN We work with cooperatives certified by Fairtrade. Our cacao comes from Acopagro, El Quinacho, Cacvra and Oro Verde in Peru, Fundopo in The Dominican Republic, Cocabo in Panama and Cooperative Premium Cacao Sambirano CPCS in Madagascar. Our cane sugar comes from Asocace in Paraguay and Apoya in Costa Rica. Our Bourbon vanilla comes from Komam and Cooppvm in Madagascar. Our coffee in the Coffee flavour comes from Agraria Cafetalera José Olaya Ltda. and Proagrom in Peru. Our story begins with the quest for the perfect bean. Our partner, sourcing and selecting our ingredients, has their own locally based agronomists and engineers. This allows us to guarantee consistency of the highest quality. 6

OUTSIDE - FSC PAPER For the outside paper wrapper, we use FSC certified paper; paper from responsibly managed forests. The back of the paper wrapper provides information about the founders and about the origin of the organic and Fairtrade certified cacao and gives tasting tips. INSIDE - MADE FROM WOOD PULP The silver inside wrapper is compostable foil based on sustainable wood-pulp from plantations employing Forestry Management principles. The metallization shine gives enhanced product impact. It is certified to EU and US biodegradability and composting standards, so you can put the foil on the compost. See more on page 35.
