Eva sin miedo es lo que queremos que sea, pero no lo es todavía. Este deseo o anhelo no es una quimera, sino que tiene un fundamento en el propio título de este encuentro. Cuando lo desglosamos encontramos que el significado de: 1.- Eva, “Javá” en la lengua original, es: “Madre de todo lo viviente” “Dadora de vida”. Si sustituimos Eva (en el título) por Madre de todo lo viviente, nos queda: La madre de todo lo viviente sin miedo. 2.- Sin: Falta o carencia de algo, material o inmaterial. En este caso, del miedo. 3.- Miedo, palabra que procedes del latín “metus” y significa: Perturbación angustiosa del ánimo por un riesgo o daño real o imaginario. Los expertos nos dicen que el miedo es una de las dos emociones básicas del ser humano y que como todas las emociones tiene sus grados: temor, recelo, aprensión, pánico, espanto, terror, horror, susto, etc.La otra, que se contrapone al miedo, es el Amor Para la Tradición Oriental, el miedo no es una emoción básica, sino que es una alteración en el psiquismo del Reino Mutante del agua, en la que cual reside nuestra esencia, y en esta perturbación se cambia la alerta y la alarma -que le son propios- por el miedo, instaurándose así un estado patológico. Por tanto, estamos ante una situación de salud alterada. Si ahora hacemos la lectura de nuevo del título nos dice que: La madre de todo lo viviente, la dadora de vida, es sin miedo.   Efectivamente, la vida no se gesta por miedo. Sin embargo, el sentir más universal que ha logrado el homo sapiens –y gracias a él se ha conseguido domesticar, controlar, dominar, ganar...- ese sentir sería El Miedo. La consciencia de miedo, poco a poco, bloquea las experiencias gozosas, alegres; y sobre todo, las experiencias de adaptación, y no nos deja sortear los obstáculos. Y, como estamos en una escuela de sanación, hay que tener en cuenta esto, porque todo ser con el que nos encontremos, sea consciente o no de ello, tiene miedo. Y si es una mujer, más. Muchas veces no se es consciente de ello. Incluso nos atreveríamos a decir que el miedo se disfraza de preocupaciones. La actuación sobre el miedo debería ser la primera actuación sanadora, porque si reducimos el nivel de miedo, ya habrá comenzado un nuevo episodio en la vida de esa persona. Pero para ello, el sanador tiene que tener la consciencia clara de que la vida no se gestó con miedo, y no dar este sentir como normal. El Misterio creador utiliza la atracción, el vínculo, la confabulación, la interdependencia, la simbiosis, de los distintos elementos para que, con su unión, se genere la Vida. Hoy, aun todavía muy torpe, pero sin duda –y este es un detalle importantísimo-, pero sin duda lo que nos mantiene como estructura, en el amplio sentido de la palabra, ¡no es el miedo!: El saber defendernos, el saber atacar, el saber atrincherarse... ¡No! Lo que nos mantiene es el Amor que la Creación nos tiene. Este amor, que evidentemente es un concepto muy distinto al amor que conocemos, y que nos pilla muy lejano, tiene su reflejo en el AMOR MATERNAL, Como la madre que amamanta; como la madre que canturrea; como la madre que da calor; como la madre que cuida y vela. ¡¿Qué está expresando?! ¡Amor! ¡Y no está expresando miedo! No está pensando si ganará peso o no ganará peso, o si tendrá pesadillas o no, o... ¡No! Está emanando... está emanando el equivalente, aquí, de lo que recibe desde allí, ¡desde allá! EL INSTINTO DIVINO EN LO FÉMINO SIEMPRE ENCUENTRA... ¡SIEMPRE ENCUENTRA!, EN EL AMOR A SU DESCENDENCIA, MOTIVOS SIN MIEDO. En este amor fémino, trascendiendo a la descendencia, sí encontramos el reflejo del cuido, ¡Eso es la vida!... Todo un complejo arte de cuidados, servicios, asombros, impresiones, descubrimientos. ¡Sin miedo! La vida se gesta y se mantiene por Amor. Pero el amor de la Creación no es el mismo que nosotros conocemos. Nuestro ‘amor’ es generador de muchos miedos. En definitiva, si somos seres de amor y lo somos porque nos han amado para crearnos, en lo cotidiano yo debería responder a esa premisa. Amaros los unos a los otros. Que se tenga en cuenta esa referencia. Si no amas en esa frecuencia, no es amor sino querer. La relación de posesión que hace el hombre con su infidelidad y desobediencia es poseer la tierra, poseer a los otros. Esa querencia el ser humano la confunde o le llama amor, pero son cosas distintas. La querencia es parte de nuestra posición dominadora y conquistadora, el amor es la parte servicial. Por eso el servicio es tan importante en el estar, y no la servidumbre. El Amor de la Creación siempre es fiel, está en el servicio, y no tiene miedo, nunca.   Así pues, la vida se gesta con Amor Creacional. Y el miedo es una patología producto de un estilo de vida, fruto de una interpretación hegemónica de unos acontecimientos. Indudablemente no podemos buscar las soluciones dentro de ese estilo de vida. Sería como quererse quitar el barro cuando aún estamos metidos en la ciénaga. Por tanto, creemos que una primera actitud ante el miedo -y desarrollaremos otras más adelante- es el ser VISIONARIAS: visionarnos sin miedo. Esto implica cambiar de referencia. Para empezar, sobre el amor. La vivencia del amor, como humana experiencia, no nos vale; forma parte de lo viejo, de lo conocido que, lejos de ser liberador y vehículo de evolución, ha sido motivo de esclavitud, dolor, sufrimiento, enfermedad e infelicidad. En este visionarnos, hemos deparado en un aspecto biológico -por tanto, evidente y de carácter universal-, que es LA MITOCONDRIA. Veamos cómo aparece: Hace 1500 millones de años una célula fagocitó a una bacteria. En lugar de metabolizarla, hizo una simbiosis; empezaron a convivir y cada una aportó al conjunto sus características. La bacteria se convirtió en la central nuclear, aportando la energía, y la célula huésped cobijó y alimento a la bacteria. De esta simbiosis surge la célula de la que proceden la mayor parte de las estructuras vivas. Como vemos, en su generación no hubo guerra, no hubo violencia ni miedo, lo que hubo fue empatía, simbiosis, consenso, confabulación, cooperación, vínculo sin miedo… Es decir, Amor Creacional. 1.-Todas las mitocondrias de nuestras células son femeninas –tanto en hombres como en mujeres-. Las heredamos únicamente de nuestra madre. Es un elemento propio de lo femenino, pero que está en todos. Porque las mitocondrias del espermatozoide están en la cola, para aportarle la energía suficiente para su desplazamiento, y cuando el espermatozoide entra en el óvulo, se quedan fuera. El poder implica dominio, egoísmo, ganancia, y el sometimiento de unos sobre otros para obtener lo que se desea. Para que alguien se someta a mis deseos no tengo más que amedrentarlo, atemorizarlo con alguna amenaza, real o ficticia, da igual, lo importante es que la persona amedrentada la crea real. Esta amenaza es, por lo general, un castigo, y siempre es una acción que lleva implícita una violencia. Cualquier acto de poder, en cualquier parte del mundo, y en cualquier época de la historia lleva esos tres elementos; el deseo de conseguir algo, la aplicación de un nivel de miedo, y el refuerzo con una acción violenta -un castigo o sanción-. El modo en como la gran mayoría de los seres humanos han desarrollado la vida en el planeta ha seguido, más o menos, este mismo patrón, por tanto podemos ver esos elementos en cualquier parte del mundo, y modelo cultural. Aparentemente el mundo está lleno de culturas diferentes, sin embargo, hoy más que nunca podemos hablar de que la cultura de la humanidad es la cultura del miedo. Desde el despotismo de los discursos políticos, las declaraciones apocalípticas de especialistas en ciencia y tecnología, los castigos y pecados de las religiones, la aplastante inseguridad de la economía, el adoctrinamiento de los medios de comunicación. Todo alrededor de la vida humana modela el miedo de los seres humanos de hoy en día. Tal vez se puede asegurar que nunca antes el miedo ha sido tan Universal como lo es ahora. Es evidente que no podemos enfrentarnos a este modo de estructuración humana, puesto que eso sería generar más violencia y miedo. Todas las revoluciones han sido en realidad eso, un aumento del caos, miedo, y violencia, para luego reforzar más el sistema de poder. De esto se aprovecha el poder, de tal manera que cada vez somos mas dependientes de el. Lo que si podemos, y debemos hacer es revisar nuestro propio nivel de poder. Porque todos estamos inmersos en una cultura y por tanto somos hijos de ella. Somos el resultado de sus ideas, normas, leyes, prejuicios, premios y castigos. Por tanto nosotros también lo hacemos con los demás y con nosotros mismos. Tengamos en cuenta que la cultura, no es innata, se aprende, es fruto de una educación muy temprana que va creando nuestra personalidad individual. Lo interesante de esto es que, puesto que lo que somos y como respondemos ante la vida es fruto de ese aprendizaje, basta con introducir un aprendizaje distinto para modificar la realidad. All about human life models the fear of humans today. Perhaps it can be assured that fear has never before been as Universal as it is now. It is evident that we cannot fight this mode of human structuring, since that would be generating more violence and fear. All revolutions have actually been that, an increase in chaos, fear, and violence, to later reinforce the power system further. Power is harnessed from this, in such a way that we are increasingly dependent on it. What we can, and should do, is review our own level of power. Because we are all immersed in a culture and therefore, we are product of it. We are the result of their ideas, norms, laws, prejudices, rewards and punishments. Therefore, we also do it with others and with ourselves. Consider that the culture is not innate, it is learnt, it is the result of a very early education that creates our individual personality. The interesting thing about this is that, since what we are and how we respond to life is the result of this learning, it is enough to introduce a different learning to modify reality. En nuestro caso ese servicio es también imprescindible, lo cual quiere decir que, para que la vida humana permanezca, ese servicio ha de darse. Cuando en el transcurso del desarrollo de las sociedades y de la evolución se introduce el factor poder como modelo de toda cultura –con sus tres aliados de miedo, violencia y sanción- y se convierte en el motor que impulsa ese desarrollo y esa evolución, la resultante es la transformación de ese servicio natural, imprescindible y amoroso en una servidumbre, donde los desfavorecidos sirven los intereses de los favorecidos. Es por esto que hoy en día el servicio tiene tan mala prensa, porque se lo interpreta como servidumbre. Y es que la diferencia es abismal, porque el servicio implica cuido, colaboración, interrelación, empatía, y sin embargo la servidumbre implica dominio y sobre todo genera miedo, a veces horror, pánico y terror. El ejemplo de servidumbre más representativo es la mujer. Ella esta al servicio de la vida, por su condición natural y espiritual. Pero para dominarla, el sistema de poder masculinista ha transformado su natural y amoroso servicio en servidumbre, convirtiéndola así -en cualquier parte del mundo- en la más desfavorecida. Por eso recuperar ese sentido de servicio a la vida es imprescindible para que la mujer deje de ser la más desfavorecida ante el poder. Y, ejerciendo su natural sentido de servicio a la vida, pueda contribuir a la restitución del estado natural de la especie, que como hemos dicho no es de miedo, sino de AMOR.   ESTRATEGIAS: La historia de una mujer es una historia de miedo. Muy pocos momentos –salvo las que tengan la suerte de topar con ambientes, con circunstancias especiales- se salvan. Creemos que eso es muy real y que todas las mujeres lo pueden reconocer enseguida. A lo mejor no tuvieron miedo en la infancia, pero sí en la pubertad o en la juventud o adultez. Habrá muy pocas que no hayan tenido miedo. El hombre también tiene sus miedos, pero puede haber pasado su vida sin haber pasado miedo, porque todo le ha sido dado en una sociedad masculina. Pero nada le ha sido dado a una mujer, en esta sociedad. La mujer va a pasar miedo, quiera o no quiera, porque las circunstancias le van a obligar a ello. Luego dependerá de cómo ella desarrolle su trabajo, cómo se organice, cómo conviva con su medio ambiente, para que vaya despojándose de ciertos miedos. Hay que hacer la salvedad de que somos una especie diseñada para que hombres y mujeres se conjuguen y se complementen en un amor realmente sin fisuras. Hay que tener esa consciencia, así es nuestro diseño. Si no hay una auténtica reconciliación del hombre con la mujer y viceversa, todo va a seguir igual. Como vayan evolucionando estos miedos dependerá de cada mujer y de sus circunstancias. La expectativa de poder despegarse del miedo es como abrir otra puerta, de no miedo. Es, como decíamos, el primer acto sanador que debería tener en cuenta el terapeuta.   1)-TOMAR CONSCIENCIA DE LA PROPIA REALIDAD: TENEMOS MIEDO. No siempre se identifica, ante una situación, que desarrollamos un estado de ánimo -por ejemplo, una preocupación- que en el fondo esconde un estado de miedo. En la medida en que aceptamos que tenemos miedo, nos va a ser más fácil identificar las reacciones que podemos tener en un momento determinado. O sea, camuflamos los miedos. El miedo es muy camaleónico, y se manifiesta con estados de preocupación, o de tristeza, o de evitación de ciertas cosas, o de mentira: llego tarde porque había un atasco, en lugar de decir que llego tarde porque me he dormido… ¿por qué? Por miedo. No me pongo este vestido porque mi marido se molesta… miedo. No digo esto en la reunión porque alguien se va a molestar… miedo. Vamos a tener la fiesta en paz… esconde un miedo. La IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LOS MIEDOS es imprescindible para empezar el camino de su disolución. Si no sabes que los tienes, no haces nada para acabar con ellos. INVESTIGAR QUÉ HACEMOS DIARIAMENTE POR MIEDO, que son muchas cosas, y de entrada, tomar consciencia de ello, aunque las sigamos haciendo. A lo mejor de momento no podemos evitarlo, pero en cuanto podamos, dejar de hacer las cosas que hacemos por miedo. IR AL ORIGEN, si se puede, descubrir de dónde viene ese miedo, a lo mejor ni siquiera podemos solucionarlo, pero estamos en la vía.   2-En esta vía hacia la disolución del miedo, es fundamental establecer siempre, con todo, una COMUNICACIÓN SIN VIOLENCIA. Sobre todo, en los casos en los que sintamos que se está produciendo Miedo. Y para ello, contamos con una estrategia inteligente que es LA OBEDIENCIA. Es una palabra que suena mal, pero que es inevitable para el ser humano. Queramos o no queramos, obedecemos a la ley de la gravedad, a los ritmos del día y la noche, a los ritmos hormonales, a la necesidad de alimentarse… en realidad obedecemos a toda la cascada de acontecimientos que nuestro organismo produce diariamente. La mala consciencia que hay de la obediencia es porque se la ha relacionado con la servidumbre, el sometimiento y por tanto, en muchos casos, con la renuncia. Y siempre con una connotación de castigo, desde niños cuando te dicen: si no obedeces te pego, o te castigo… Sin embargo, en nuestro día a día, hay multitud de ejemplos de obediencia: en el caso de una multa, lo primero que haces es pagarla, luego la recurrirás, pero primero obedeces. Llega un requerimiento de hacienda y por supuesto primero lo pagas, luego ya veremos. Esto, en la sociedad, lo tenemos asimilado: primero hay que obedecer a la ley, al poder, y luego argumentar. Solo así podremos llegar a una ADAPTACIÓN COMPLACIENTE, que es lo que hace posible la evolución, ya sea personal, de una relación o de lo que sea.   3-ADQUISICIÓN DE RECURSOS: Aumenta la autoestima y confianza. Es evidente que tememos las cosas para las que no nos sentimos capaces, en realidad nos está inhabilitando el propio miedo. Ante esto, sugerimos la adquisición de recursos a través de nuevos aprendizajes. Ej: me da miedo cocinar, no se me da bien… me juntaré con personas que cocinan bien y que saben de alimentación, haré un curso… y lo más probable es que el miedo a la cocina desaparezca. Otro miedo común por falta de recursos es el miedo a la informática. Pues lo mismo, aprender. Muchas veces la falta de interés o curiosidad para aprender nuevas cosas, tiene un trasfondo de miedo. También es evidente que aprender conlleva un esfuerzo, una dedicación, y muchas veces, escudándonos en la falta de ese conocimiento, dejamos que esa vía se corte, renunciamos a cosas y esto disminuye nuestra confianza y autoestima y nos limita cada vez más. De la misma forma que el miedo es acumulativo y que un impacto que genere miedo puede hacer que nos sensibilicemos y muchas otras cosas nos den miedo, también cuando se va diluyendo alguno, afianza o ayuda a que se puedan eliminar otros. En el mismo sentido, hay que INVESTIGAR VIRTUDES, HABILIDADES PROPIAS, qué cosas te mueven hacia delante (las que haces por Amor). Al potenciarlas, también tu confianza aumenta, porque estás reforzando tu IDENTIDAD: En definitiva, estás reforzando la esencia del Agua, que está tan contaminada por el miedo. 4- NO MAGNIFICAR LOS MIEDOS NI PRESTARLES ATENCIÓN, tratar de quitarles importancia, no darles poder. Porque nos va a llevar a NO PELEARNOS CON LOS MIEDOS, porque es como pelearnos con nosotros mismos, y lo que puede pasar en esta pelea es que el miedo se haga todavía más grande. Más bien teñirlos de SENTIDO DEL HUMOR, que es siempre un gran elemento sanador. En el mismo sentido, siempre ha sido una estrategia para ahuyentar el miedo, el DISTRAERTE (sonido, hablar en alto, cantar).. 5- NO AISLARSE: El miedo tiende a llevarnos a un aislamiento, por el mismo bloqueo que produce. En este sentido, buscar ESTAR ACOMPAÑADOS, asociaciones, grupos de mujeres que se reúnan en torno a una actividad, actividades sociales. Y, por supuesto, incluyendo hombres. Reunirse con mujeres y hombres, no solamente con mujeres, para no entrar en endogamia.   6- Una de las expresiones del miedo en la mujer, que está muy arraigada, es el sentido de ser VÍCTIMA (del padre, del marido, del trabajo, de los hijos). El estado de victimismo se mantiene por el miedo, por el sentirse culpable de y, en la medida en que nosotras nos sentimos víctimas, generamos pensamientos y sentires de víctimas, que hacen que las cosas que nos pasan las interpretemos desde esa posición. Y tiene muchas rentas, pobrecita, bastante tiene con lo que ya tiene… es como un apósito que te protege de otras agresiones. Y esto es importante conocerlo para poder comenzar a diluirlo. Proponemos una profunda reflexión, muy sincera, en torno a pensar a quién doy miedo. Haciendo consciente nuestra postura y sabiendo quienes son aquellas personas a las que infundimos miedo, vamos a ser capaces, poco a poco, de ir cambiando esas posturas y esas actitudes que hacen daño a los demás. Y por último queremos hacer un llamado de alerta a todos los padres. Es normal que cuando queremos enseñar a nuestros hijos sobre los peligros que existen, les infundamos nuestros propios miedos, les transmitimos nuestros propios miedos. Y esto es un error muy grande, hay que transmitirles ALERTA, no miedo. Porque, si les transmitimos nuestros miedos, van a quedar paralizados para sortear esos obstáculos, no van a tener recursos para solventar esos obstáculos. La alerta es la propuesta, decirles dónde pueden estar los peligros, pero hacerlo infundiéndoles miedo o con el tono del miedo, no es una buena estrategia y no debemos seguir perpetuando ese miedo. Los padres, tratando de proteger a los niños de los peligros, más allá de transmitirles sus propios miedos, muchas veces se los generan a propósito, porque creen que eso es bueno. Utilizan el miedo como recurso educativo. Claro, si el niño se asoma a una ventana o se mete debajo de las patas de un caballo, tendrá que aprender que eso no lo puede hacer… pero para eso no es necesario asustarle o gritarle. Jamás una madre o un padre que tenga miedo, podrá ayudar a los niños a sentirse seguros. Tendrán que reflexionar en el sentido de que continuar con el miedo no le facilitará la vida al niño sino que la entorpecerá. No hay que potenciar el miedo sino enseñar los límites.   8- VALOR: Vivimos la vida con un miedo permanente: miedo a amar, miedo a respirar, miedo a comer, miedo a andar, miedo a pensar… Hemos creado un estado de consciencia que constituye en sí mismo un motor generador del miedo. Esto es un error referente al modelo que la vida nos ofrece: ¿Tienen acaso miedo las gotas de lluvia cuando se precipitan sobre la tierra? ¿Tienen acaso miedo los caudales de los ríos cuando buscan afanosos el mar? ¿Tienen miedo las olas de romper en el acantilado? ¿Tienen miedo las semillas cuando se abren a la luz? ¿Tienen miedo los pájaros al volar? ¿Tienen acaso miedo los polluelos cuando rompen el cascarón y asoman su graciosa cabeza? ¡No tiene miedo la luna a salir, no tiene miedo el sol a alumbrar! DESPEDIDA Estamos en occidente, y aparentemente la mujer está muy liberada, y aparentemente puede hacer lo que le de la gana… ¡es mentira! No es cierto. Y tenemos que ser valientes para darnos cuenta de que no es cierto. Y por eso se puso este título a este congreso: Eva sin miedo. Además, los miedos más profundos y más difíciles de erradicar son los de esta sociedad, de Europa, de América del Norte. Son los más difíciles y los que menos se trata de tocar. Inspiración femenina, lo fémino, se escribe con F, y F también es la primera letra de ‘Futuro’. Sin duda, si esta especie quiere afrontar con valentía su afán por vivir, tiene que contar inexorablemente con la fémina. El varón por sí mismo no es capaz de librarse del abismo. Sexo masculino… a ustedes, debemos hacer un examen de consciencia, un dolor de corazón, un propósito de enmienda. Un decirnos a nosotros: ¿por qué tenemos que amedrentar? Y empezar a servir. Y hay que empezar a servir con un cierto grado de sufrimiento… ¿Saben por qué les digo lo de sufrir un poquito? Muy fácil, porque el varón, lo masculino, se ha acostumbrado al confort del poder y a la orden de la violencia. Y ahora se le pide que sea un servidor, un zángano de reinas y princesas, y claro, no le va a gustar. Y no vale decir: ‘Haré lo que pueda’, porque incluye la palabra poder. Lo haré, serviré. Y me costará, sí. Y esa sensación de que me cuesta, es señal de que voy por el buen camino. Es darnos cuenta de que, sin nuestra colaboración como masculinos, lo femenino no puede expresarse en su identidad. Hay que tener una dedicación especial para abrir la opción y la posibilidad de que lo femenino exprese su sentir, se despoje de ese miedo. Dejemos de dar miedo y, al revés, seamos cercanos, indulgentes, callados, y esperemos. Y de la espera, vendrá la esperanza. Y con la esperanza vendrá la conjugación, la comunión de los amantes, sin que haya ninguna preponderancia. Y eso, si lo hace lo masculino, le va a suponer un pequeño sufrimiento. Luego, por supuesto, ese pequeño sufrimiento será devuelto con creces. Con un grano de sufrimiento recibirán millones de bendiciones de la inspiración de lo fémino. Es así. Tenemos que empezar a jugar decididamente y a lo grande, partiendo de la base de que el camino recorrido hasta ahora, no es el camino de nuestra especie. Que todo lo hecho, hecho está, no se trata de arrepentirse. Pero no es que queda mucho por hacer, es que queda todo, todo por hacer. Con esa perspectiva de ‘todo por hacer’, podemos entrar en otras dimensiones. Estamos en un momento excelente. Sí, parece mentira. porque todos expresan su queja por el momento en que estamos, qué difícil… justo, justo es ahí, en la caída, cuando nos podemos y tenemos que darnos cuenta de que nos vamos a levantar. Justo en esas pruebas, justo en esa Eva que era amedrentada y con miedo, se va a levantar SIN MIEDO. Y digo que como humanidad estamos en un momento excepcional porque estamos en la justa propuesta de desaparecer o empezar una nueva, diferente, distinta humanidad, que se plantee de nuevo. Esa es la propuesta final de esta EVA SIN MIEDO: vamos, entre todos, a crear una nueva humanidad. A pequeños trozos, por supuesto. Una nueva estructura de consciencia, de realización, de propuestas.
