(Shorter and longer terms are available) This period can be looked at as a probation period, which gives our clients the time to decide whether or not to hire the worker. Temporary Staffing Only Solutions An employee(s) works on our payroll for our client on a temporary basis to fill an expected or unexpected gap in staffing. This saves the client time and money because they don’t have to go through the hiring process and start someone on their payroll, only to have to lay them off soon afterwards. Direct Hire/Permanent Placement We search for candidates that meet our client’s requirements, screen them and send them to the client for an interview. When the client has chosen who they want, we hand them over to the client at a set fee payable proportionally over 90 days. for their employment. The employee is then no longer associated with the agency. Long Term Outsourcing & PEO/EOR We will manage a group of our employees at our client’s workplace by providing an on-site Manager. This Manager will communicate with the client on a daily basis to ensure everything runs smoothly, tell us what your goal is and we will take you there.
