Conflict : 4 - The writer is an alcoholic and it makes him to be violent person. He cuts out on of Pluto’s eyes. After the Pluto’s eyes is cut by the writer, Pluto avoids the writer and the writer begins to hang Pluto from a tree. - One night the writer’s house burns down and he looks a cat with a rope around its neck. It looks like Pluto. - Another day the writer find a black cat with white spot in its chest. They love each other.

5 Important event : The writer kills his wife with axe because his wife keeps a black cat which will be killed by the writer. The writer walls his wife up within the cellar.

6 Resolution : Three or four days pass and the police come. The police go to the cellar and look for the proof. At that moment, a wailing and screaming comes from behind the plaster of the wall. The police open the wall and find the writer’s wife along with the black cat.
