PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE

โครงสร้าง PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE Subject + main verb ( V1) + Object ประธาน + กริยาชอ่ ง 1 + กรรม

หลกั การใช้ PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE 1. เปน็ การกระทา/เหตกุ ารณ์ทเี่ ปน็ จริงโดยทั่วไป เช่น The Moon goes round the Earth. Birds fly. Sugar is sweet. 2. เปน็ กระทาทเ่ี กดิ ขนึ้ ตลอดเวลา เปน็ กิจวตั ร ท้ัง ในอดตี ปจั จุบนั และอนาคต เช่น He gets up early every day. I play football every Sunday.

หลกั การใช้ PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE 3. เป็นการกระทาทกี่ าหนดแนน่ อนวา่ จะกระทา ในอนาคต โดยใช้ ร่วมกับ adverb หรอื adverbial phrase เชน่ The doors open in 10 minutes. John arrives on Tuesday.

ขอ้ ยกเว้น สาหรับ PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE 1. สาหรบั ประโยคบอกเลา่ ( positive ) ปกติจะไม่ ใชก้ รยิ าช่วย คอื do และ does นอกจาก ตอ้ งการเน้นเชน่ I do love you . 2. สาหรับประธานเอกพจนบ์ ุรุษท่ี 3 ( he, she, it ) เติม s ท่ีกริยาหลกั และเตมิ es ท่ีกรยิ าชว่ ย เชน่ He wakes up every six o’clock in the morning. She teaches English everyday.

ข้อยกเว้น สาหรับ PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE 3. สาหรับ verb to be ที่เป็นกริยาหลกั ปกติจะไม่มีกริยาช่วย แมใ้ นประโยคปฏิเสธ หรือประโยคคาถาม เช่น I like coffee. I don’t like coffee.

โครงสรา้ ง PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE [Progressive] • Subject + Verb to be [is, am, are] + main verb ( base+ ing) • ประธาน + กริยาช่วย (is, am, are ) + กรยิ าหลกั ชอ่ ง 1 เตมิ ing

หลักการใช้ PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE 1. ใช้กับเหตกุ ารณห์ รอื การกระทาทกี่ าลงั ดาเนินการ อยู่ อาจมี adverb ในรปู คาเดยี วหรือกลุม่ คามารว่ ม ดว้ ย เช่น The sun is shining. I am having dinner at this moment. 2. ใชก้ บั เหตกุ ารณ์ในอนาคตอนั ใกลซ้ ง่ึ คาดวา่ จะตอ้ ง เกิดแนน่ อน โดยมีคาบอกอนาคตรว่ มด้วย เปน็ การใช้ เช่นเดียวกับ Future Simple I am taking my exam next month. We are going to Chiang Mai tomorrow.

หลักการใช้ PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE 3.ใช้กับการกระทาทีเ่ กิดข้ึนในอดีต ถงึ ปจั จุบนั และจะ ตอ่ ไปในอนาคตเป็นระยะยาว เชน่ My son is working hard this semester. I am studying to become a doctor. 4. ใช้กับการกระทาท่เี กดิ ซ้าซาก โดยใช้รว่ มกับ always , constantly เปน็ ต้น I don't like them because they are always complaining. He is constantly talking. I wish he would shut up.

• หมายเหตุ ปกติถ้าเราพดู I always do something หมายถึง การทาอยา่ งนน้ั ทกุ ครง้ั แต่ถา้ ใช้ I always doing something หมายถงึ เปน็ การทาบอ่ ยๆแต่ ไม่ใชท่ กุ ครง้ั เช่น I've lost my key again. I'm always losing thing. ฉนั ทากุญแจหายอกี แลว้ ฉันทาของหายบ่อย ( แต่ไมไ่ ดห้ ายทกุ ครง้ั ) You're always watching television. You should do something more active.
