Importance Of Email Communication Between Doctor And Nursing For Patient Safety Prepared by: Dr. Aisha Mohib Omairan Effective that be used of e-mail as a form of effective communication between the doctor and nursing is important to maintain the safety of patients. In order to achieve effective cooperation, in critical care situations, information between doctors and nurses is exchanged quickly and clearly. But incorrectly communicating and misinterpreting information may increase tension between healthcare professionals and reduce the quality of care. This is what distinguishes email communication to reduce the gap between health workers, which leads to reducing medical errors and overcoming work and time pressure. The use of e-mail as a form of effective communication increases the quality of health care provided and reduces the percentage of deaths, especially in critical care departments.



Nursing Achievement During Pandemic COVID-19 1. Activated screening of all individuals at hospital's point of entry. Visual triage actively in ED, OPD & main Entrance , Now Admin and PHCC was launched. Coordinated effort to collaborate with other departments by doing visual triage for all employees entering from hospital entrances (Housekeepers, administrators and other employees). 2. Active involvement of Nursing on initiated Fever Clinic. 3. Separated one of PHCC only for Tatamon Clinic and taking Covid 19 Swab by start to training the nursing staff the necessary activity and course to establish the criteria of Isolation . 4. Enhancement of nurses’ skill in response to expanded patient care 5. Electronic Documentation System 6. Nursing Quality Round 7. Providing a Positive Motivation and enabling environment for Nursing Workforce 8. Active involvement in Risk Management activities during the Pandemic 9. Active participation of Nursing Workforce on the initiated Covid-19 Team Dashboard 10. Covid-19 Policy Review

‫إنجازات التمريض خلال جائحة كورونا ‪19-‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬الفحص النشط لجميع الأفراد في نقطة دخول المستشفى‪ .‬حيث تم إطلاق الفرز‬ ‫المرئي بشكل نشط في قسم الطوارئ وقسم العيادات الخارجية ‪،‬المدخل‬ ‫الرئيسي للمستشفى‪ ،‬مبنى الادارة الجديد ‪ .‬تفعيل نقطة الفرز البصري لدى‬ ‫مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية وهذه الجهود منسقة للتعاون مع الإدارات‬ ‫الأخرى من خلال إجراء الفرز البصري لجميع الموظفين اثناء دخولهم من‬ ‫مداخل المستشفى (عمال النظافة والمسؤولون والموظفون الآخرون)‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬المشاركة الفعالة للتمريض في عيادة تطمن ( فحص الحرارة )‬ ‫‪ .3‬فصل أحد مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية ( مركز صحي غليل ) ليصبح‬ ‫متخصص بإجراءات عيادة تطمن فقط وأخذ مسحة لعينة كوفيد ‪ ، 19‬تم تدريب‬ ‫طاقم التمريض بالإجراءات الازم بالتعامل مع حالات اشتباه كوفيد ‪ 19-‬بوضع‬ ‫معايير العزل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬تعزيز مهارة الممرضات استجابة لتوسيع رعاية المرضى‬ ‫‪ .5‬نظام التوثيق الإلكتروني‬ ‫‪ .6‬جولة جودة التمريض‬ ‫‪ .7‬توفير دافع إيجابي وبيئة تمكينية للقوى العاملة في التمريض‬ ‫‪ .8‬المشاركة النشطة في أنشطة إدارة المخاطر أثناء الجائحة‬ ‫‪ .9‬المشاركة النشطة للقوى العاملة للتمريض على لوحة تحكم فريق ‪Covid-19‬‬ ‫‪ .01‬مراجعة سياسة ‪Covid-19‬‬

‫‪ .1‬لا تنتظر من احد الشكر لتستمر بعملك ولا تتكاسل عن تقديم العون حتي لو لم تجد الامكانيات وخاف‬ ‫ضميرك‬ ‫‪ .2‬من اولويات التمريض‪ :‬الاسلوب اللبق و التعامل بأخلاق وتربية والحفاظ على خصوصيات المريض‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬اعمل بصمت ودع عملك يتكلم‪ .‬من يحب مهنته بيبدع فيها‪ .‬حب المهنه من أسس العمل ‪.‬و من يتعلم بطريقة‬ ‫صحيحة منذ بدايته لن تتغير مبادؤه‬ ‫‪ .4‬ركز فقط علي ان تؤدي عملك علي اكمل وجه‬ ‫‪ .5‬كن واثقا من نفسك‬ ‫‪ .6‬لا تثق باحد وتأكد انه لا احد ينفعك الا عملك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬تذكر!!!!! جميعنا سنمرض بيوم من الأيام ‪....‬فإختر من يعتني بك‬ ‫‪ .8‬تعامل مع كل مريض كأنه فرد من أفراد اسرتك ومن ثم تصرف‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .9‬ان رضى الجميع غاية لا تد رك علينا ان نرضي الضمير ونتقي الله في مرضانا فهم امانة بين أيدينا‬ ‫‪ .01‬اتقي الله في عملك وتعامل مع المرضى كانك تتعامل مع اعز الناس لديك‪،‬حتى ولو كان المريض عدوك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .11‬اترك مشاكلك الشخصية والعائلية خلف ظهرك عندما تبدا عملك‪.‬لكي لا يؤثر على دقة أدائك ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .21‬اعمل دائما على اساس ان الرقيب هو الله عز وجل وليس المسؤول‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .31‬لا تتجاهل مريض مهما كانت شكواه ‪.‬شكوى صغيرة ممكن أن تخفي وراءها مشكلة كبيرة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .41‬تقبل اي نقد من الاخرين بكل حب واحترام ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .51‬من تريد ان تنصحه انصحه بينك وبينه ومن تريد ان تشكره اشكره امام الجميع‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .61‬حاول ألا تجعل مشاكلك الشخصية تؤثر في علاقتك بزملائك في العمل ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .71‬شخصان لا يتعلمان الخجول والمتكبر حاول الا تكون منهما‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .81‬يجب ان تكون ذو شخصية قوية ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .91‬يجب ان تكون كاتم اسرار الجميع سواء المرضى او الموظفين‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .02‬جد لنفسك طريقة عمل لتحافظ بها على قدراتك الجسدية والنفسية لتستطيع اكمال المداومة ولكي تكون‬ ‫مردويتك جيدة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .12‬الدعم النفسي للمريض له أهمية كبيرة في تحسن حالته‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .22‬الأبتسامه في وجه المريض والكلمه الطيبه لها تأثير كبير‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .32‬العمل بروح الفريق يؤدي الى النجاح‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .42‬كن ممرض متجدد المعرفه‪ .‬حاول الحصول علي معلومات اكثر‪ .‬اقرا اطلع واجعل علمك ومعرفتك بعملك‬ ‫هو مصدر فخرك‪ ( .‬افتخروا بمهنتكم) ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .52‬طالب بحقوقك المشروعة‬ ‫‪ .62‬الإنضباط في اوقات العمل المحددة بدون تأخير ولاتكاسل‬ ‫‪ .72‬على هندامك أن يكون نظيفا‪ .‬و إرتدي الزي الرسمي وعدم مخالفة الزي‬ ‫‪ .82‬كن بشوشا مرحا و وزع الابتسامات من مريض الى اخر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .92‬لا تياس من شفاء المريض حتى اخر نفس فيه‪،‬‬ ‫‪ .03‬تذكر انك لست قاضي ولاشرطي ولاجندي‪ ،‬انت ممرض وواجبك هو تقديم الرعاية لكل من يحتاجها‪.‬‬

Patients interact with the people you have, even if the patient is in your work and treats them. 11. Leave your personal and family problems behind when you start your work . 12. I always work on the basis of the watchdog who is God Almighty and not the one responsible. 13. Do not ignore whatever his complaint is. A small complaint can hide a big problem behind it. 14. Accept any criticism from others with love and respect. 15. Whoever you want to advise, advise him between you and him, and whoever you want to thank, thank him in front of everyone. 16. Try not to have personal problems with your co-workers. 17. Two people who are not educated, shy and arrogant, try not to be. 18. You must have a strong personality. 19.
