This fine head start to a successful career, paved the way for ☆Daniel to further establish himself with senior roles at The House of Lords in Parliament, and The 3 Michelin The Fat Duck Restaurant in Bray, followed up by a prosperous career working with UHNWI & high profile families. His in-depth knowledge, expertise and vast range of contacts is widely recognised, and highly respected by his fellow Hospitality professionals worldwide. After many months of trials and tribulations in 2020 due to Covid-19, Daniel acted on instinct, to establish a Luxury Service provider that specialises in Michelin Starred Chef recruitment, for the UHNW Private sector and Luxury Hospitality/Events industry, offering the unique advantage of being a Professional Chef himself, and being well acquainted with many of these Michelin Starred Chefs, either directly or indirectly through colleagues of Daniels.
