Part1 New Business Sale Incentive - Non-Fleet Customers • Qualifying Customers: Independent Repair Facilities, New Car Dealers, Quick Service Locations, and Tire Stores • Minimum Sales Amount: $1,500 Customer Rebate: Up to $600 Rebates will be paid via a check from Mighty of America, made out to the customer. The check will be sent to the franchise for personal delivery to the customer. What a powerful reinforcement! The franc hise share in this rebate is zero! We fund it. You deliver the check. Not a bad deal, right? Details Customers are eligible to receive up to $600. Purchase* Rebate *Thefirst 50 sales of $1,500 reported will qualify. Part2 New Business Sale Incentive - Fleet Customers • Qualifying Customers: Fleet service facilities that maintain their fleet of vehicles. • Minimum Sales Amount: $500 ~ , General repair shops and other locations that service vehicles for other companies do not gualify.,_ , Fleet Service International (FSI) dealers do gualify_,_ Salesperson Incentive: Up to $600 For each qualifying $500 New Business Sale, the salesperson will also receive $200 on their Mighty Rewards card . Limit $600 for $1,500 or more in sales to one fl eet customer. Details The first 25 new Fleet sales of $500 will qualify. Each $500 sale counts as one toward the 25 available. Rules & Stipulations New business is defined as a sale to a new customer who has not purchased from Mighty in 1 the previous six months or a sale of a new product line to an existing customer who has not stocked that product line in the previous six months. 2 New business sales exclude all equipment, one-time large sales of commodity items, and the MSL Product line except for TPMS tools, battery testers, tire repair, and wheel weights. 3 New business sales, new store setups to captive, franchise owned retail locations will not qualify for this incentive. 4 Salespeople must report their new business sale via the online form located on the Mighty Insider Portal within 10 business days of the sale. Salesperson Reporting Requirements: A qualifying salesperson must report monthly sales on 5 ESR with their own ESR Mighty number and is included in the Mighty Top Dollar Reports as a salesperson. Sales of Approved Mighty Product Lines: Qualifying sales must involve Mighty-approved 6 products with the understanding that these products will be stocked by the customer and replenished on a regular basis. 7 General Managers and Franchisees are not eligible. 8 All winners must be employees of Mighty franchisees in good standing at the conclusion of the incentive to qualify. 9 Mighty reserves the right to contact all customers reported to verify sales. 10 Winners will be responsible for all taxes which may be incurred. Sponsor's Rights: MDSA, LLC reserves the right to exchange any prize for another of equal or 11 greater value for any reason. This program is under the supervision of MDSA, LLC, whose decisions on all matters about this program are final.
