With the goal of providing valuable assets to the business, it needs the appropriate strategies in order to be deemed a success.. As a result of the pandemic, the industry has changed over the years, and inventory management practices have been modified in some ways. This webinar will enlighten participants about the impact of establishing an effective inventory management in the modern business, as well as advice for future Industrial Engineers interested in the field.

Rod is an IE professionial for 7 years, with over 7 years practice of Service Parts, Supply chain analysis, Inventory control and a buyer to local suppliers. He is currently a Supply Chain Specialist on the Parts Supply Section – Parts Department, Customer Service Operations, Marketing Division in Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) from May 2013 to present. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Batch 2013 at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto. Tomas Batangas Branch, Sto.
