Oct-Dec 2021 Investing for Impact Vol #01 Issue #01 A Pictorial Journey Since Our Inception Post COVID-19 and Adapting to the New Normal- A Priority A comprehensive pandemic response plan was set in motion , based on WHO, and union and state government recommendations. We put in place well-defined disaster recovery and business continuity plans at various levels of the organisation. Members of our staff willingly sacrificed their personal comforts to keep the organisation capable and healthy. We turned our homes into offices and classrooms. Team PSA also kept its unwavering focus on striving hard to achieve organisational goals. Our key priorities during the period has been to accelerate product innovations and digital transformation, improve efficiency in operations and customer experiences, reorganising ourselves and repositioning for a post COVID-19 world. We seized opportunities to try other options to reinvent the skilling propositions at PSA. We have identified several projects and programs as sustainable options that are to be taken up parallel to ongoing skilling programs and projects. Page 5
