12SENIOR LIVINGPROJECTHIGHLIGHTHEARTLAND OF DUBLINThomas & Marker constructed HCR ManorCare’sHeartland of Dublin, a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility located in Dublin, Ohio.This 120-bed, 66,600 SF facility consists of a single-story administration wing and two-story patient wingsdesigned to provide around-the-clock skilled nursingcare. Heartland also offers rehabilitation services forpatients requiring post-term care prior to returninghome.
