Dear Parents Its SUMMER TIME again. Time for strengthening family bond, tying threads of family tree, sharing joys and sorrows, having a good time together. Holidays are always a welcome break from the normal routine and we all look forward to them. Take good care of your health and hygiene. Increase intake of fresh fruits and water to keep yourself well hydrated and energetic. Use Holiday project as an opportunity to spend quality time together. The role of the parent is to be a facilitator and guide to steer the child in the right direction. Discuss the stories together. Social Development • Greeting with a smile when someone comes to the house • Conversing freely with visitors, relatives coming over to the house • Answering the phone call and say “may I know your name. • Sit with your child for at least an hour a day and play with him/her to explain what it means to wait, take turns, and share. Life Skills Inculcate following ‘Life skills’ in your child to help Him / Her become independent. • Buttoning his / her shirt • Tying his / her school Bags • Packing his / her shoe laces • Keeping his / her belongings back in their place • Laying the table for dinner • Arranging shoes in the shoe rack • Filling the water bottles
• YOGA AND MEDITATION • Practicing yoga can provide kids with physical benefits such as strength and flexibility, improve emotional control and boost of self- confidence. • We would also love to see if the students of our school spare 10- 15minutes of their day doing some Yogasanas at home. Also share some pictures of the same with their class incharges. Father’s Day is celebrated every year on the third Sunday of June in most parts of the world. This year Father’s Day will be observed on 19 June 2022. The day is observed annually to recognize the contribution of fathers and their importance in the lives of their children. International Father’s Day is all about honouring the joys of fatherhood and the bond shared. In the light of above occasion, we would appreciate if the students prepare a lemonade drink for father with the help of mother and surprise him and send some pictures or videos \"SPENDING QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR FATHERS.\"
