CASE STUDYLEGAL FORUM EVENT OBJECTIVE To create a space specifically to debate the disruptive issues of the near future and de-construct and re-define the legal business. BE Vivid will provides strategic and physical value to the direction of the event build, delivery and growth. BUSINESS OBJECTIVE To compliment the existing portfolio by creating an event which will be its own identity, be its own demand and be fiscally self supporting. CREATIVE CONCEPT The event is a 3 dimensional ‘Infographic’ which works as a both a logo and branding plus a route map throughout the venue - creating colour codes for spaces and instantly identifiable topics and zones.

CASE STUDYLEGAL FORUM CONCEPT A unique event debating the disruptive near future of the legal industry. We planned the event as an infographic. We created a brand to compliment the existing portfolio - a different experience to all other legal events. A multi-purpose venue designed for the future. We created a collaboration with a transparent working progress, open to input from all stakeholders - a different look, feel and interaction.

CASE STUDY “A PRIVATE VIEW “POP UP GALLERY Pop up gallery Roadshow 2017 A POP UP GALLERY ROADSHOW that goes to every bank venue, arrives & sets up in the foyer. A series of 6-9 framed images. The images are a still from a video. Every picture has Augmented Reality video in it. The hosts hands the employee a tablet where they watch the video.

CASE STUDYPOP UP GALLERY EVENT OBJECTIVE New beginnings with a traditional foundation – internal and external developments can be communicated through a programme of activations. BUSINESS OBJECTIVE To deliver a strategy where a variety of activations are delivered in different forms. These include developing understanding. CREATIVE CONCEPT A very personal private view, fusing trust and tradition of years of experience with the near technological future in one, signifying experience that connects the board and the employees.
