TERMS , POLICIES AND MINIMUMSMinimum Orders: Our minimum order is 10 pieces for new orders and 1 piece for fill-in order. Please see Fill-In orders below for details. Exceptions to this areour Spirit Wear Add-On Program. Please see details belowFill In: Fill-in orders from previous orders have no minimums if ordered within two years of original order date. To be considered a fill-in the only changes allowed arenumber and personal name changes.Revisions: Any amendments after original confirmation date of order may not be allowed and are subject to additional charges. All such amendments, revisionsand charges must be agreed to in writing.Standard Delivery Times: Generally delivery times are 4 to 6 weeks from pre-production confirmation. 1 to 2 weeks on fill-ins.Rush Charges: Shipping in less than our normal delivery time may be available. If available it is subject to surcharges of 30% to 50% depending on time framerequired. Contact your sales representative for details. Rush service is subject to availability and acceptance.Spirit Wear Add On: We offer a unique and flexible program to promote spirit wear, active wear and accessory orders. When ordering a minimum of 10 of anyof our uniform products we allow you to add as little as 3 pieces of additional items such as jackets, hoodies, polo shirts, compression, etc. For example, if youordered 10 jerseys you could add 3 polo shirts, 3 jackets, 3 hoodies, etc. to the initial order. Going forward any item that has been ordered under this program willhave a 1 piece fill-in as per our regular policy. This is an excellent program to facilitate coaches gear and/or spirit wear programs for players, students and parents.Sizing: Traditional North American sizing is used for all products. Please consider actual body type variations such as tall, short, stout etc. when ordering. Toensure a proper fit sizing samples are recommended.
