The upcoming District theme is “Transforming Lives Together”, this means every Rota-ractors should have a role to play in the multitude activities of Rotaract. Each dayfrom that day till today is fresh in my mind. I got the best set of Golden Presidents, best Council Members, DistrictGovernor, DRCCs, PDRRs and more than that best Rotaractors and Rotarians to work with. Our journey togetherhad made a difference in our society as we have touched many lives and souls with our humanitarian activities anddedicated efforts so far. I would like to thanks each one of you for making 2017-18 a historic and memorable RotaYear. You all have set a new benchmark and an example of team work and leadership. I would like to mention RtrHamza, who has been blessing to me at every stage of my life and of courses my parents, without whom this journeycould never be completed. Cheers to everyone!This year, for the first time our District hosted a unique International event to our neighboring country Nepal. AMulti District Backpack Trip on 22nd to 26th June 2018. This was a fr iendship and fellowships meet with lotsof added fun and new experiences. We explored the beauty of Nepal, enjoyed new culture, meet new people, madelifetime memories. I extend my special thanks to all the delegates and Rtr Hamza, Rtn Ravi Sir, Rtn Nabin Dai,DRR N Rtr Sneha, ISD Rtr Sichu and all the beloved Rotaract Clubs of Birgunj and Kathmandu for hosting usthroughput our stay in Nepal.I congratulate RAC St, Xavier’s Collage on winning the RSA MDIO people’s choice award for the best communityservice category. Medicine Bank is an outstanding project that truly deserver appreciation. I congratulate RAC Ka-rim City Collage, RAC Saran City for getting nominated. I have seen the hard work you all have put forward in get-ting those awards to our District. I congratulate RAC Kalimati Jamshedpur for getting the Happy Moment of DistrictRecognition. Our District got Best District Citation. I dedicate my Outstanding DRR Award to all my beloved Rota-ractors and to their infinite effort in making this a memorable year. Winning or losing is secondary, what truly mat-ters is the participation and true service. Kudos to everyone!Friends, as you all know that this year in 28th to 30th September we are having South Asia Summit of SEARICMDIO at Ramnagar, Uttrakhand. This time they have added mor e fun and enter taining activities along withdifferent training programs for different avenues of services. A one of its kind Presidential Conference has been or-ganized at Summit where club presidents of various Districts will meet at one single place. This Annual Summit islike a reunion of Rotaractors and is more like a family get-together. I request every Rotaractor of my beloved Dis-trict to attend this beautiful program and experience the warmth of Rotaract!I congratulate our DRR Elect Rtr Anmol Singhal for successful launch of a well planned and organized activity chartfor the whole year. His dedication and efforts can be seen before the start of his tenure and I am sure that 2018-19will be another year of milestones and great achievements. This was the 1st Inter-national hosting by our District. It was a 4 day trip to Nepal with a participation of 18 delegates from RID 3250,RID 3011, RID 3060 and RID 3020. The trip started on 22nd June with a flag off at Patna where all the dele-gates gathered. From there towards Birgunj where we were received and hosted by Rotaract Club of Birgunj andRotaract Club of Birgunj Metropolis. On 22nd evening we started our journey to Kathmandu. On our first day atKathmandu, we visited the iconic Swyambhunath Stupe aka The Monkey Temple and the landmark of Kath-mandu, The Kathmandu Darbar Square. Rotaract Club of New Road City, Kathmandu and Rotaract Club ofPeople’s campus Kathmandu accompanied us whole day and guided us throughout the places. Second day westarted with Rotaract Club of Patan, Rotaract Club of Himalaya Patan and Rotaract Club of Kantipur. We visitedPasupatinath Temple, The massive Boudhnath Stupe and The Baktpur Darbar Square. Third day some we wereaccompanied by Rotaract Club of Patan South, we visited Patan Darbar Square and some members visited Chan-dra Giri. DRR N Rtr Sneha, District ISD Rtr Sichu accompanied us throughout our visits. Special thanks to RtnNabin Dai, Rtr Saurav, Rtr Amit, Rtr Law, Rtr Subin, Rtr Anutara, Rtr Tejan, Rtr Asbin, Rtr Peshal, Rtr Rujwol,Rtr Rahul, and all beloved Rotaractors from different clubs of Birgunj and Kathmandu Valley for accompanyingus in our journey. It was a Rtr. Ayush ShaswatNice as a Charter president of this Club and Thanks to my Sponsor Rotary president Rtn. Dr. Pallavi Presidentmam for giving me this Huge responsibility and our ZRR Rtr Saurabh Bhaiya for completely guidingme throughout the Session and My Entire Team. Special thanks to DRR for supporting and guiding RAC Amrapalime. We were Chartered this year and right from the start he helped us immensely in running theclub smoothly. It was only because of your guidance and love that we the members of this Clubwere able to attend all district seminars till now. We are also extremely grateful to you for gracingour Installation as Chief Guest and guiding us on how to execute successful projects and run theclub smoothly without any hiccups. Pooja Sannigrahi One of my best experience throughout the year was attending the District RYLA Enlightenment . Secretary Elect This was not only interesting but also informative. Different sessions by honorable Rotarians will always be helpful and boosting , but the best part according to my experience was the course ofRAC Karim City College Happiness Hours of Art Of Living by Rajiv sir which gave me a new idea of living and leading a life .We participated in lot of games and events, won awards and above all made countless memories. The last day of the Happiness Hours was very emotional. I am glad that I attended this event. I would like to thank each and everyone for being so nice and polite and Rajiv sir for showing me how to make my life worth living.A year as a President was kind of a mixed experience enjoying, full of learning, sharing love Rtr. A years to lead a wonderful team and to tackle a real Presidentlife situations with smile on face.It was something joyful and honorable moment when i was handed over my collar at the time of RAC KMPM Collegeinstallation and rest was all about giving my best at all time after it.The project we did always been a combination of hurdle and joy ,hurdle of executing it and the joyof accomplishing it.The most difficult part as being a Chartered President was to create a strong foundation for ouryoung Rotaractors, where they can share HUMANITY,HUMILITY AND HARMONY. Rtr Tasneem-E-Gul By walking on the right path, you create a golden fate for yourself and you also become a President silver lining for the others! And this is what the Golden Session 2017-18 was. It becomes tough at times but it was theRAC Karim City College best experience I had in my life being the President and that too in the golden session. Writing down a single memory of the golden session would be so unfair for all other 364 days of the session because each and every day I lived and I feel the golden journey . There were hundreds and thousands of good memories . I really would like to thank our honourable DRR Rtr Vaibhav Thakur Sir for always being the backbone in the Entire session no matted what the situation is and I really want to Thank our Honourable DRS Rtr Hamza Hashmi for always being there to help the Rotaractors and to encourage them at all sake. I feel very vibrant by hearing my name as \"Rtr. MoushikhaSingha\". I would like to say, before joining I had heard a lot about Rotaract club's activities and un-knowingly, I got attracted towards it. After joining and attending few events I realized, this is theright platform to serve others (the needy ones) as well as to improve ourselves too. Although I amnew in Rotaract, I have very less experiences here but by attending events like old age home visit,cheshire home visit, orphanage visit and all, I realized that \"How much fortunate I am!\" and thisfeeling really boosted up my life even my relations with my parents, friends and everyone too. Istarted to understand the value of life. Rotaract is just like a 'Revolution in my life' and it helps meto motivate others by sharing the thoughts, values and the deep realities of life. Rotaract is not justa club, it's a family I would say. Now, I am eagerly waiting for our upcoming 32nd District Rotaract Rtr. Moushikha Singha MemberAssembly \"ABHYUDAY\" at Jamshedpur. Although, it will be the first assembly, I am going to attend RAC Kalimati Jamshedpuras well as host and our team is collectively working very hard and we all are enjoying our work aswell. Thank you once again both you.Rtr Amrendra Yadav On 1st July 2017, My tenure kicked off by executing a Blood Donation Camp with Rotary club President of Ranchi. A wonderful experience. Acknowledgment of the support and impact of Rotaract RAC SXCR on everybody's lives gave me a boost in my confidence and motivated me to take charge of my responsibilities and lead the club to unmeasurable heights. We started off with different projects on various Internationally celebrated days like Malala Day and Paper Bag Project in different colleges and government schools. Focusing on our adopted school Rajkiyakrit Madh- ya Vidyalaya Tharpakhna, Ranchi, we got the school renovated, brought new books, games, sports equipments, installed slide and see-saw in the school grounds. Being the president of the Rotaract club has given me extensive exposure in our society, broaden the horizons of my vision and knowledge, gave me the opportunity to practice, brush up and enhance my leader- ship skills, & remodeled my personality for good. I am profoundly grateful towards the socie- ty, Rotaract District 3250, Rotaract Zone & Our Parent Rotary for providing us such an amaz- ing platform, and trusting me to lead it. This journey has taught me a great deal, somethings which I won't be able to pen down. The things which I've learnt will surely help me in the rest of my life. Long gone is the boy who was terrified of public speaking — or even puttingforward opinions in a meeting. Rotaract helped me overcome my fears. Rotaract has given me themost amazing network of friends — here at home and in almost every corner of the globe. Being a part of He/She becomes so habituated to exposures that couldnot let anyone to look behind, no matter what.I feel glad and honored to be a part of such an organization where learning and serving is a contin-uous process along with fun, which is much needed. Joining Rotaract on Fifth day of January 2018,its Sixth month of mine when I am writing down my experience.A golden period is about to end! I feel nostalgic and happy as well. Rota year 2017-18 with DRR Rtr/ Rtr. Prachi PriyamRtn Vaibhav Thakur and the whole 3250 family will definitely be remembered as one of the best Memberever experience. Right from the beginning till some of the last days of this session, Patience, Deci-siveness, Togetherness, Politeness, Motivation and definitely Humility, Humanity and Harmony are RAC Karim City Collegesome of the key terms that I personally came through and learnt a lot from these. It started withand amazing experience at 32nd District assembly, ’JALSA’ and I witnessed the beautiful Rota-environment at RYLA and Rotasia too. Now when the golden tenure is about to witness its sun set,I would just write what honestly I feel, “Together we can do wonders. Alok Agarwal My journey in Rotaract is too memorable it just because of my team member. I was selected as President Charter president of our club. As we stand our club we decided first thing that Bihar flood relief and our club president Rtr Alok agrawal and member Rtr Aashish Srivastava personally gone awayRAC Damodar Valley Bihar with the president of Rotary club and sever the victim affected by the flood. We distributed food grains , water and clothes among them . The most thing is that I have met over there our be- loved DRR Rtr Rtn Vaibhav thakur bhaiya and he is most loveable person. The happiest moment of our club that our club first OCV when our DRR had come to our club visit we were very happy and all member ager to meet with him. We have done our ocv successfully after that we move towards VIKLANG VIDAYALA to distribute Blankets , some food grains and sweets by the hand of our DRR. We have done many social work by this banner nd we felt very pleased. We also met with DG Rtn Vivek kumar in the OCV of Rotary club. We planted tree with DG Rtn Vivek kumar at the premises of Rotary building. Our DRR always in touch with us. We have a mission by this club that we always clean our Ramgarh and aware the people for safety. We also enjoyed a lot the 32nd district confer- ence JALSA at Ranchi. We met many other rotaractor and we exchanged the ideas knowing each other. We were distributed Khichdi at WORLD ROTARACT DAY on 13th march and 1000 people got benefitted ate khichdi. Main thing is that Rotaract gives name and fame in market. We always keep rotaracting in our life. Our every Sunday cleaning program and every Saturday ROTI DAY pro- grame will be go on. It is a very proud moment for us as we are grateful to all the people and members of the club who helped us in every step to reach this point. On 05-06-18 initiated a project – Tree Plantation with a goal –“Each One Plant One”. The duration of this Project was from 5th June – 26th June 2018. In this project every person had to plant at least one tree, clicking a picture while planting and mail it to us. An online apprecia- tion participation certificate was given to every participant for doing the act. We planted total of 48 trees in the college campus, boreya dis- trict and at many other places throughout the whole time period by creating a whole new vibe of tree plantation so that each and every in- dividual contribute to our environment. On 06-06-18 went to a village Boreya near Morabadi to spread aware- ness among the people in the village about cleanliness. We distributed a total of 200 paper soaps among the people of the village and made them aware about its usage. We also conducted survey among the people in the village about the cleanliness that whether they have toilets in their home and if not than where do they go for defecation. We also asked them about the disposal of the garbage in their area and other related things. On 17-06-18 cleaned up the whole school library, arranged all the items and stuffs which were scattered in the room. On 21-06-18 organised a Yoga session in the premises of our adopted school Rajkiyakrit Madhya Vidyalaya, Tharpakhna. Ex- Rotaractor and Secretary (2016-17) Anjali Singh, District and State level winner and National Representative from Jharkhand in Yoga took a Yoga ses- sion for the school children. There were 42 students and 9 Rotaractors who actively took part in the session. On 23-06-18 participated in Rotary District Seminar RID 3250 at Chankaya BNR Hotel, Ranchi. It was a Rotary Peace Fellowship Semi- nar where Dr. Harpreet from ADIZES shared his view points. We wit- nessed the workshop with children below 16 conducted by Life Skill Trainer Mrs. Ritika Swaroop ,had a 30 minutes Meditation Session conducted by Mr. Shridhar Thoda and also got to hear Rtn. Our club has decided that every Saturday we celebrate as a Roti Day nd on this day we feed food items to needy people who were begging every- where. We always feed them And decided also at the temple where peoples are sitting in front of the temple. On 24-05-18 Rotary club of Hazaribagh arranged charity show for the treatment of that patient who is suffering from cancer. Our club has also the part of this charity show. The Rotary club arranged Bol- lywood night of singer BAPPI LEHRI nd so many gathering over there. We arranged the people sitting arrangement and show was successfully done. On 26-05-18 we along with Interact club of the solution have done our district project “AWARNESS OF GREEN HOUSE EFFECT”. We have done a speech competition and the topic was GREEN HOUSE EFECT at the premise the solution. The student of that coaching were participate and speech very well. We awarded the best speaker on this topic. On 29-05-18 we and Rotary damodar valley along with arrange a ral- ly against ORGAN DONATION. On this rally two rotaractors are with the rotary family has gone to 7 state rally. By this rally we have registered approx. 100 donors. On 05-06-18 planted minimum 10 plants at the premises of Chiran- jivi public school with the student and teacher. Plants give shadow to the student and they feel relaxed at school campus and also they fo- cused on their study. The principle were very happy to this type of movement by our club. On 17-06-18 cleaned a temple in a proper manner and sprinkled bleaching powder somewhere. Our have also decided that on every Sunday our club has cleaned one temple and any one of Ramgarh. Our theme that “SAAF RHEGA RAMGARH HAMARA”. We also awared the people for cleaning & safe their surrounding. On 21-06-18 celebrated yoga day along with Edu Exl NGO at the premises of SAHA Bhawan. Blood donated by Rtr Ankit Khirwal. On 15-05-2018 emergency requirement of blood at Asha Nursing Home Chaibasa, we arranged four units of A+ blood for the blood bank. On 26-05-2018 Organised a free medical check-up camp at Doc- tor’s X-Ray, Chaibasa with the help of Dr. Lal’s Path Lab. Check- up regarding cholesterol test and sugar test. On 01-06-2018 Jointly organized 72nd monthly blood donation camp with parent club at Sadar hospital blood bank chaibasa. We had to take on spot registration also due to high volume of participa- tion interest.Rotary saran members were also present.  On 13-05-2018 arranged prize distribution ceremony for the Quiz competition. Chief guest was DRR Vaibhav Thakur.  On 20-05-2018 conducted induction programme for the new team of Rotaract Saran City.  On 29-05-2018 successfully completed the 8th District Project by spending time with orphans and distributed sweets among them.  On 03-06-2018 distributed groceries among poor and backward sec- tion of society.  On 04-06-2018 issued health card for all the members and their family members. To- tal 32 memento given to the mothers of our members. On 14-05-2018 distributed 101 food packets between unprivileged citizens of town. Each packets contained 4 chapati and a sabzi. On 16-05-2018 organises a camp where in civil lines area of town where we distributed drinking water for citizens passing by. Chana and gur were also distributed among them. On 17-06-2018 organised Free health checkup camp at Azad Bigha village, Gaya. More than 100 patients received checkup and free medicines. Senior doctor Rtn Dr. Ratan Kumar helped us in the camp by examining patients. Our Parent Rotary also joined us in the project.We distributed approx. 150 sanitation kit among the woman residing in the village.These kits contained, Sanitary pad,Toothbrush,Toothpaste,Shampoo,Soap.We also promoted 'SAY NO TO PLASTIC' by wrapping kit in paper bags. This village has been adopted by RAC Gaya City for the welfare programs and our club has conducted several service project in this village.Later we felicitated Rtn. Dr. Ratan kumar & DRR Rtr. Vaibhav Thakur in presence of DRRE Rtr. Anmol Singhal. On 17-06-2018 had its OCV of Rtr. Vaibhav Thakur for the tenure 2017-18.It was a joyful event where we learned and shared various aspects of Rotaract movement. Many Rotarians from Rotary family, our RCC Rtn. Event was followed by Gala dinner. On 24-06-2018 organised a family fun fete named Rangeela The one and only fete organised by Gaya city at Gaya city where 40 + counter were available for food, soft drinks, confectionery, Games, magic, plant exhibition and of various things. Around 8000+ people came to this fete and enjoyed a lot. We organised kids fancy dress competition, dance competition, ramp walk,magic show and laughter challange. We organise this fete at GAYA CLUB one of the big ground at Ga- ya city.We have raised 2.25 lakhs rupees with this fund raising pro- ject. This auspicious occasion was celebrated among the Rotaractors of Kalimati Jamshedpur and Ro- tarians of the parent club, Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Dalma. On 08-05-2018 we volunteered the scheduled events i.e., free medical checkups, food distribution and blood donation camps. Also our moderator Rtn. Suman Sarkar Sir and few of the Rotaractors do- nated their precious lifesaving blood. On 10-05-2018 with the help of our Joint Secretary Rtr. Aparna Singh Vats who is also a practicing dentist, set up a free dental and mouth checkup camp in the premises of our adopted school . On 13-05-2018 attended Zonal Meeting, Zone - 5. Members of Rota- ract Club of Karim City College and Rotaract Club of Mrs. KMPM Vocational College were also present. We distributed water bottles and frooti among the gardeners, workers, guards, and hawkers. We were able to serve 60+ persons. The project was done in Jubilee Park which is spread in 500 acres of area. On 19-05-2018 successfully executed its monthly project WINS in- side the premises of their adopted school. This time a group of new toddlers learned the right manner of hand washing under the guid- ance of new Rotaractors, Rtr. Moushikha and Rtr. Priyanka. On 20-05-2018 successfully executed one of the District's Projects which yell for awareness towards Global warming. We believe that the new blood of our young India have enough potential to be the change and so this project was organised in our adopted school where children pledged to save Earth and in their summer vacations they would circulate this message among their neighbors to reduce the use of fossil fuels. On 21-05-2018 completed it’s yet another District Project i.e., \"Awareness against Animal Cruelties\". The members of the club spread awareness among adult and children that in 'Nature every Animal has its own place and role to play'. The members also moti- vated them to always treat animals with love and affection as they deserve it and also because it is the true nature of Humanity. On 21-05-2018 completed one more task listed under the Eighth Dis- trict Project of Rotary International District 3250. After a long time, the Rotaractors visited an orphanage and spent a short but memo- rable time with the infants. Some smiled and some even cried while we left the exit door. Before planting, we cleaned the area throughout and picked plastic bags, wrappers and removed unwanted things from holy ground. Proper care of the plants will be taken as it’s informed to the authorities. On 09-06-2018 noticed some places in the city where the need of clothes were worrisome. We gathered some good conditioned clothes among the members and distributed in the colonies in and around Sakchi. People stood forward to neck us for such needy gifts of love. Around 40 pairs of clothes were distributed. On 16th & 19-06-2018 Rtr Sanidhya Kumar arranged blood for one of his friend’s cousin in an emergency case. 2 unit blood was ar- ranged for a patient from Jamshedpur Blood Bank. On 21-06-2018 taught Yoga to the children of our adopted school. We taught them various types of Yoga asana and motivated them to daily practise that for the better health. On 21-06-2018 executed its monthly project WINS inside the prem- ises of our adopted school. On 22-06-2018 successfully executed its monthly project of sprin- kling of bleaching powder in and around various dirty drains, dirty corners and dirty drains. Bottles of chilled mineral water and packets of soft drinks were distributed among traffic police, labourers, guardsmen and beggars. On 26-05-18 We visited Bramha kumaris old age home. We went there with some daily supplies and spent a memorable piece of time with them. On 29-05-18 Members visited an orphanage, Missionaries of charity. We greeted each and every infants and spent time with them. We also provided food supplies for the children. Club of Patna City On 13-05-2018 : Members of RAC Patna City distributed 50 packets of frooti , 75 bottles of water and water melons among the rickshaw pullers, auto drivers and workers at Paschim Darwaza,Patna -7 On 23-05-2018 planted two saplings in the campus of The Indian Public High School,Belwargunj,Patna-7 On 05-06-2018 promoted and distributed Paper Bags and also en- couraged the people to use Paper bags instead of Plastic Bags. On 19-06-2018 we went to Nayagaon ,Makra gram, Sonepur and gathered the students of Shah tola and kahar tola aanganwadi . All the children were happy to meet us . 50 children gathered and we distributed 50 slates with chalk, pencil ,eraser under T-E-A-C-H program and also gave them biscuit ,chocolates, frooty and balls as complementary. Under WINS Project, we did hand wash project and taught them to do hand wash .We also distributed paper soaps among the children. Rtn. The Chain | RID 3250 (Bihar & Jharkhand) | Issue - July 2018 Page No. 21 of 26 Club of Muzaffarpur  On 20-05-2018 we distributed almost 100 caps today and this number will increase as by demand and we are very sure that in coming days We would celebrate this as \"Topi Day\".  On 28-05-2018 Dainik bhaskar organized run for clean muz in which RAC muzaffarpur participate and run 5 k.m.  10 units blood arranged.  On 03-06-2018 OCV of RAC Muzaffarpur was successfully com- pleted at 5:00 p.m. followed by general meeting of all the club members, in which ZRR of ZONE 1 IPP Rtr. Saurabh Srivastav, Parent Rotary Club President Rtn. Shekhar Sir . The event ended with the motivated speech delivered by the our Honoruble DRR Vaibhav thakur.  On 03-06-2018 RAC Muzaffarpur Team Distributed 50 Caps to needed people.  On 05-06-2018 planted 15 trees on the occasion of world environ- ment day. We planted trees of fruits of mainly with the aim of dis- tributing its fruit to people in future.  On 06-06-2018 RAC MUZ with RC MUZ Joint meeting we talk about Golden Journey, Achievement and importance of RAC Mu- zaffarpur in which Our Charter President DRR/Rtn/Rtr Vaibhav thakur delivered Speech.  On 16-06-2018 the festival Of EID Rac Muzaffarpur with RAC Amrapali and Rac Muzaffarpur West team celebrate at the Rtr Hamza’s House..  On 23-06-2018 Rtr Bharat Murarka attended Multidistrict back pack trip at Kathmandu.Exchanged letterhead, token of love, lap- peal pin with RAC New Road City Kathmandu, RAC People Cam- pus Kathmandu, RAC Kantipur, RAC Himalayan Patan, Rac Patan South and Rac Navradha Nagri. Club of Jain College On 21-06-2018 the students and teachers of ARKA JAIN UNIVER- SITY celebrated “INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY” at our college campus.
