editorialWe are extremely satisfied with the 2015 edition of the SaloneInternazionale del Mobile in Milan, and this for two reasons. Firstof all our booth had every day a very high number of visitors, higherthan expected, who showed appreciation for all our proposals. Thisconfirms Gruppo Euromobil’s role as point of reference for retailersand contractors. Secondly, but not less important, we perceived anatmosphere of recovery, a renewed enthusiasm for Italian design,creativity and innovation, proven also through the high percentage offoreign visitors, mainly from Asian countries, who followed up with newsignificant acquisitions for our group from India, China, USA and Russia.Total Home Design by Gruppo Euromobil has been perfectly expressedand perceived as unique and exclusive. Our three brands interact witheach other creating a global harmony that represents the contemporaryliving, where living solutions complement modern technologies andwhere volumes and colours fill in the space in a dynamic way, thanks tothe use of materials with a strong expressive appeal. In this 2015 edition,Total Home Design has established itself as a democratic concept ofdesign, which becomes accessible and has only one goal: ensuring thehighest level of wellbeing and long-lasting quality of life.2015 took us to Milan not just for the Salone del Mobile, but also for thebiggest show of the year: the EXPO.We are very proud to have been selected by EuroMilano as their partnerto furnish the Expo Village in Cascina Merlata, a big area in the North-West of Milan, next to the Expo 2015 exhibition ground. mæg INTERVIEWSSetsu Ito is a Japanese designer with an extensive work WING ARMCHAIRexperience in architecture, interior, product and industrial INTERVIEWdesign and packaging. After moving to Italy, he opened hisdesign studio in 1995. Since 1997 he has been co-operating with TO SETSU ITOShinobu Ito, offering his skills and advice to international clients. WATCH THE VIDEOThe Japanese designers created for Zalf the new Dabliu-in, abookcase that changes its appearance according to the positionfrom which you look at it: frontally or sideways. For Désirée theydesigned the Wing armchair, which seems to be flying off thanksto its very high backrest. Furthermore they expanded the Dabliurange adding the new Dabliu-In tables. Finally, they created forDésirée the Shellon bed, featuring a soft headboard upholsteredwith a vertical quilt.The co-operation with Marc Sadler is still up and running.Marc is one of the most renowned architects and designerson the international scene, a true master with a long-lasting, fruitful experience. This year he designed forDésirée the Savoye sofa, light and sober, featuring a typeof padding that perfectly interacts with the aluminiumstructure and feet. For Zalf he created the new LZ bookcase,modern and versatile thanks to its modular components. 13

The possibilities of combinations are multiple thanks to the various elements that you can combine as backrests and armrests with different dimensions of width and depth. DABLIU-IN DESIGN SETSU & SHINOBU ITO Light architectures for home and office, recalling the language of kinetic art The Dabliu collection created by Japanese designers Setsu & Shinobu Ito is extended to include the Dabliu-in bookcase. Veritable interior decor architecture, Dabliu-in changes its look according to the angle from which it is observed: front or sideways. Rotating the structure gives a different visual effect that recalls the language of kinetic art. The four wooden shelves are supported by a double structure in welded metal rod.38
