We do not only produce the goods with nice packaging, but also we provide other marketing tools such as fliers, banners and product photo shooting if requested. We can transfer the goods with small volumes thanks to roll packaging and vacuuming with mixed quantities and provide fast delivery.

Ural Grup conducts the manufacturing operations based on labour intensive system, that is, the goods are produced hand made, one by one in specially designed moulds. Thus, the best quality for memory foam is reached, and the end users can enjoy their healthy and comfortable pillows and mattresses for long years. The products, produced with water based MDI, are tested and approved that they do not consist of harmful gases and ingredients by TÜV PROOF and CE.

MATTRESSES ROLL PACKING SYSTEM The roll-pack system is used for our mattresses to provide convenience in the transportation and shipping. Our products are rolled in cylinder, and packed. Thanks to this operation our mattresses are not damaged or misshaped during transportation. PILLOWS PACKING SYSTEM The same operation can also be applied to our pillows to minimize the export costs. Our mattresses are shipped in non woven packages with their introductory inlays, and our pillows are put into boxes designed according to their features or into non woven packages.
