Sales staff can use this book as a memorandum & an evidence for the customer. It act as a place to keep summaries of complicated product features or benefits that are difficult to remember . Each sales staff should focus on developing his/her own Approach Book. As you develop this book, you will realize how much you can learn from creating such a resourceful material.
