Steps for usage: 1. Check hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank oil level, engine colling water tank water level (water level must be full) 2. Check whether the two hydraulic oil inlet valves of the gear pump are open (at the hydraulic oil tank) 3. Check whether the battery terminals are loose, and whether the engine start key has return to the off position. The solenoid valve switch is in the off position. The acceleration and idle switches are stopped at the idle position. 4. Insert the hydraulic quick connector of the tubing into the quick connector of the skid-mounted power station, and connect the other section of the tubing to the oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic quick connector of the hydraulic axial flow pump. After the hose is connected, place the pump into the water must cover the entire water pump. 5. Start the engine key, turn the idle knop to the high-speed position for 3 minutes after the engine is ignited, and run it for 1-3 minutes to make the engine run normally. 6. Turn on the start hydraulic oil colling fan knop. After the hydraulic oil cooling fan is running, start the hydraulic axial flow pump button(I) to start the pump. After the hydraulic axial flow pump run 3-5 minutes, start the hydraulic axial flow pump knop(II) to accelerate the operation. 7. Shutdown process: Turn off the water pump (I) (II) knop switch, turn foo the hydraulic oil colling fan switch, start the high-speed button to rotate the idle state, turn off the engine key, and unplug the hydraulic oil quick connector.

TRANSPORTATION:

Precautions: 1. Change the oil within 30 hours of running the engine 2. The oil inlet filter the oil return filter should be replaced of cleaned within 100 hours of equipment operation. 3. When the engine is running, the exhaust pipe emits black smoke for a long time, should reduce the pressure of the hydraulic system. 4. The hydraulic oil temperature is too high. Check the capacity of the hydraulic oil tank and whether the colling fan is working. 5. Periodically clean the hydraulic tank. 6. All equipment screws be retightened within 24 hours of the equipment operation, and retightened after 48 hours. 7. After starting the pump I II knop switch, the pump does not work, check whether the solenoid valve block has power supply, and whether the hydraulic oil gauge shows pressure. 8. Engine over temperature alarm, please check the coolant position of engine cooling water tank.
