How was the term? Being an Local Committee President (LCP) has been a thrilling experience for me this term. The past 6 months have been like a roller coaster ride and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. One of the most important qualities a president needs is patience. There are countless situations that need to be handled with a certain mindset, and without patience and a never-give-up attitude, it's not possible to achieve success. I have had some funny encounters with my Executive Board (EB) during our nightstay. If our EB group was a squad or movie, it would be Coach Carter, as we all work together towards a common goal and support each other. One of my guilty pleasures in AIESEC is the people. The cutest sharing I have received from sugar cubes was related to my efforts towards the work in my CC term. I appreciate the small things that people notice and appreciate about me and that's what makes me connected to this organization. Realm | Volume 4 | 1
How was the term? Being an Executive Board member in AIESEC has been an exciting experience so far, with one of the most thrilling moments being the night before the Global Goals Run event. My EB team is work-oriented, but I believe we should have more chill spaces. There have been some funny encounters with the department, like when we almost know every small detail of what's going on. If our EB group was a movie, it would be 1983 as everyone has their own style and pattern of doing things. One guilty pleasure of mine in AIESEC has been abusing the LCP when I was drunk, but later I felt guilty. What would be one advice you'd give to your past self? Hey , Don't be afraid to start and take initiatives, You have the confidence , Don't be afraid , if you dream it you can achieve it. One word to describe your AIESEC journey? Rollercoaster Ride One memory that AIESEC gave you that you cannot forget.? Local Conference 2022.2 , would be unforgettable , The people, The conversations, The Parties I'll always miss that. How do you picture yourself if you never joined AIESEC ? If i would have not been in AIESEC i would be very underconfident, trapped in a shell, The people the bonds the connections would have never been there. what is the sweetest thing someone has shared with you in a sugarcube? Tanmay i am grateful that i have a friend like you and I'll always cherish our bond no matter what , I love you <3 If you could get a chance to spend a day with a bollywood celebrity who would it be? It would be Akshay kumar because i love all his movies and watch his every movie ������ Who's your hero in AIESEC or in life in general? My Mother will be my hero because she is the one who always believes in me and supports me always in my every decision. What keeps you going when you feel demotivated? How was the term? It's been a long journey of almost 3 years , the term was full of learnings personal and professional growth. The person was changed, I made Bonds whom i will cherish forever, I could have never imagined it before. The Executive Board role gave me so much , It made me believe that you can always start and prove everyone why you are here. Atlast my Term had been great with AIJ, I'll always miss my Home. Advice to their successors IThere will be a lot of Ups and Downs for your term , There will be arguments , disagreements and everything , but you have to play your role , you need to be your best and show everyone that you are the ONE , Who will dare to leap. How was the term? Being a part of the Executive Board in AIESEC has been a thrilling and inspiring experience so far. One of the most thrilling moments was spending a night with the EB team before the global run event. The team bonding was strong, and the camaraderie was evident. The most inspiring thing that the EB needs is each other's support, and a shot of whiskey doesn't hurt either! The team has had some funny encounters with their department, like the badass entries in the evening plenary during LCONG to the song \"koi humse gandi aulad to nahi hai sudharne ke apne halat to nahi hai\". If the EB team was a squad or a movie, they would be the suicide squad. One guilty pleasure in AIESEC for me has been roasting the VPPM. Finally, one of the cutest sharings I've received from sugar cubes was when I was called the most manipulative person they had seen, but it was just a joke! Realm | Volume 4 | 5
What would be one advice you'd give to your past self? Continue striving no matter what others say, believe in yourself. Be yourself on the path of consistency and persistence. I would picture myself as a nerdy person, a psychologist writing research papers, going to academic conferences. what is the sweetest thing someone has shared with you in a sugarcube? one of my member stated that I am the reason he stayed in the organisation and he looks up to me as his inspiration. If you could get a chance to spend a day with a bollywood celebrity who would it be? Amitabh Bachhan Who's your hero in AIESEC or in life in general? I admire a lot of people in my life with their own set of unique capabilities. What keeps you going when you feel demotivated? How was the term? The was nothing less than an amazing, i had the chance to learn explore and teach. It was everything an Aiesec experience can give you. The best part wasthe national conference, the events and each team I got the chance to interact with. The people i worked under, and with were all creative, innovative and hard working, I couldn't ask for something more. Really grateful to my membership, CCs, and MBs for always supporting and motivating me throughout my journey. Advice to their successors Just keep going no matter what. Never forget how far you have come, and create your own legacy through all situations of life. Don't ever question yourself and your capabilities since you're your own hero. Just be persistent and consistent in every endeavor of life. Always acknowledge the power of a team because surely \"teamwork makes the dream work\". Umm actually not one but the best moment I can remember is AEM whatever is the results but the whole joourney was experience to live and the best part was whn the whole process is over and you are waiting for the results the water pour it is just mesmerizing. How do you picture yourself if you never joined AIESEC ? I cant actuallly I cant think of it......... what is the sweetest thing someone has shared with you in a sugarcube? It was anonymous but i remember it just said one thing u inspire/motivate me in every action towards success. It can be less for you people but it was the first comment for me that i have created a impact. If you could get a chance to spend a day with a bollywood celebrity who would it be? Always Akshay Kumar To know the reason behind his success and how can he be so consistent with his work with equally being a perfectionist. Who's your hero in AIESEC or in life in general? My mom dad, They are my role models in every way alll the life experiences they have teach me with one or other lessons that always lead me to a way out to a problem. Also being my hero they are always been such a motivation in all aspects... What keeps you going when you feel demotivated? What would be one advice you'd give to your past self? If I could, I would tell my past self that there’s no need to hide who you are just because you think people won’t like you for you. How was the term? My term was full of things I hadn’t done before, taking care of a team, the whole AIESEC in Jaipur, representing a whole department and honestly I still haven’t accomplished what I wanted to. But what I have achieved is more respect for PM, and the love of people. I had a lot of lows in my journey, and I thank everybody who contributed to those because if it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have been who I am. Advice to their successors There would come along situations wherein you’d want to break, you would want to give up but try staying put just for the people who look up to you and need you there, for the sake of your past self who wouldn’t have done this if she was to. One of my member who went into other department as a manager shared a particular PDF sugarcube for me, and that whole thing was the sweetest. How was the term? The term was quite exhausting but full of learnings. My biggest support throughout the term has been the whole eb, 1-1 kr k everyone has supported me some or the other time. The most difficult part was the end time, when the most special people of my life left this organization where i met them for the first time. ������ Advice to their successors Be patient, and have faith in yourself. Chak de phatte nap de gilli, covid ke baad maari LTS ne dhamakedaar entry!!!!!!! The new recruits entered the hall with blindfolds on,having no idea where they are headed. Yaaar…ek dum main character feels aa gaye…just like a thriller movie scene. “Main kaha hoon,mein kaha ja raha hu,mere saath ho kyaaaa rhaa hain!!??” Welcomed with thunderous roll calls, we were like…”bade bade organisations mein,aise lambe chode shoutouts hote rehte hain!!!!”,there we were uncovering our blindfolds only to find young handsome hunks and beautiful charming girls sitting all around us.(thinking yeh welcome party hain yaaaa!!??? Kisi shandaar movie ka set!!) The function started with the refreshing opening notes by our LCP followed by rhythmic joyous jives reverbrating all around the hall. And then comes one of the most “Dhakk dhakk” sessions for the evening “the ice breaker round” since we were once again asked to put our blindfolds on. And we were like “kuch toh hain!!??”. We were asked to roam around the room when the music hits the floor and stop right where we are when it stopped, and hold the hand of the person next to us. “zor zabardasti “ we were made to answer one the most nastiest questions ever!!! Sach mein “yeh jawaani hain deewani “aaj realise ho hi gaya. Finally, “hamari sans mein sans aayi “when we thoroughly briefly by our VP’s about the history of AIESEC. “Shashtaan dantwat pranaam ,AIESEC in Jaipur ke sunehare itihaas ko!!!”…amazing it was. Then came the fun sessions of “fun team”and “motion box” where we were given out -of the -box dares . Full of bollywood masti and Desi latke jhatke of our hero’s and heroine’s respectively. HR policies were efficiently delivered to the new members stating clearly “AIESEC WAY or the HIGHWAY!!” And finally the magazine for the year 2021 was released and the respective departments were introduced to us. Stating clearly to us,”ghumenge ,phirenge, naachenge, gaaenge, seekhenge,badhege….grow karenge or kya!!!” The day ended with a sentimental “you are not alone” session, making us realise “hum alag hoke bhi saath mein reh sakte hain. “Kabhi khushi ,kabhi gham,na Juda honge hum!!” Realm | Volume 4 | 21

ANNUAL ELECTION MEET TITLE \"Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.\" A vision for change is the whole and sole purpose of Annual Election Meet. It was never about whose the best, but who is able to envision the best possible future for the LC. The Annual Election Meet is a formal standardized platform for all the credible applicants for showcasing their ideas about the bright future ahead. Realm | Volume 4 | 42
All the four applicants- Purvi Kathuria, Gaurav, Abhay and Karthik each presented their plans in detail. Then they had a hard talk with the Chair which provided us a clearer perspective. Each of the permanent members voted when the time came. While the votes were counted, we had a short break when most likely all three applicants had jitters and cold feet. In our AIESEC tradition, we announce the winner by splashing the water all over the person. Abhay was elected as the LCP with cheers and blessings bombarded from all over the place. Everyone shouting and calling out roll calls hugged and congratulated Abhay in the most plausible way. The day ended with “Abhi toh party shuru hui hain!!!!” Realm | Volume 4 | 43
Hello everyone, so Lcong CC is something that is very close to my heart. There were many ups and downs during my time as a ccp, but everything worked out in the end. We accomplished several things as a cc, such as providing the best experience for the delegation or generating the most profit, but the most important thing to me is all of the learnings people gained from the lcong experience, whether they were cc members or delegation members. We honestly would not have been able to deliver such an amazing conference if it hadn't been for my EBCs, Tanmay and Abhay, and the entire CC who worked their asses off day and night and made me proud of each and every one of them. OC BANJO LCONG 2022.2 This OC CC started with a bang and ended with a bang too. I was excited for the OCP oppurtunity ever since I completed my OCVP term. I was so nervous about the outcome too but the way things went for me as a leader that month and in conference made me fell in love in the organisation more and obviously, the people. Dev, Ansh, Priyal and Khushi were four very different personalities but the way they worked together and finally did everything makes me so proud. There was no difference even in OC CC at the three days there. OC was there for me holding my back tight and all the people from the teams not only made me feel good about myself but gave me hope, a hope to except good things in life and sense of security that if you work hard, the outcomes will be more beautiful. After sleepless nights, we ended the conference with most amazing words of affirmation by the delegation and tears in our eyes, and that what I achieved as the OCP. Realm | Volume 4 | 46

Day-1 “JEENE KE HAIN CHAAR DIN!” An experience like no other! Don't take it from us, but every AIESECer in the plenary agreed that this conference was an experience they will never forget! The laughs they shared, the pranks they pulled, the sleep they couldn’t get, the booze they chugged, the happy and sad tears they shed, the warmest and tightest of hugs, the stories of courage they shared, and lastly, the life lessons three days of thriving on cup noodles, hangovers, and no sleep taught them! Each day our morning began and ended with roll calls of Dal Baati Choorma AIESEC Jaipur Soorma, so much so that the unparalleled energy of all our voices chanting in unison still echoes in our hearts and sends a rush down our nerves just thinking about it. Following the energetic wake-up of jives and roll calls, we proceeded with the educational and insightful sessions, followed by the social agenda for the day, and concluded by taking Day 1 of the journey began with the toli arriving at the sharings of the day, only to be too excited to venue. The journey from AIESEC office to Achrol Niwas sleep for the next day. in our tightly jammed bus was a 40 minutes journey filled with songs, dance, games, loads of masti. After all the members unpacked their luggage and had time to freshen up, they were called in the opening plenary and briefed about the history, vision and goals of AIESEC in Jaipur and what to expect from this local conference. After commencing the conference with high on josh jives and roll calls. Members were told about xPDF and everyone was encouraged to apply for FLCP post to cultivate leadership. (…….. …………………..) It was after the sun set that the plen ranged with the noise of members screaming “abhi toh party shuru hui hai” because abhi sach mein Bollywood Party shuru hui thi! All the members were dressed up as their favourite Bollywood character and the plen looked nothing short of a red carpet graced with all these sitare. Some of the highlights were Siddhant as thakur, Chehak as Kamli, Aditi and Barnima as Sheila, Rishika as Anjali and (………). The showstopper Urvashi as Monjulika gave us a horror show and sent shivers down everyone’s back. This party was indeed a dream come true for every filmy keeda of AIESEC. All the Desi girls and the handsome hunks rocked the dance floor with Bollywood dhinchak tracks. Dekho!!! Dekho!!!! Thi shaam badi mastani, dheere dheere ban gayi Bollywood waali kahaani......bas Realm | Volume 4 | 48 deewangi, deewangi, deewangi hain!!!!
