In the early days, we organized ‘open coffee’, one of the few open networking events. This brought nice connections across the Cochin ecosys- tem. We also organized some public workshops and mini-confer- ences. But then a few years ago, the Bridge team came up with the idea of organizing a futsal competition. It all started small but then it became huge! I’m a firm believer in agile organization models. Self-organiza- tion, ownership, and entrepreneurship have been key ingredients in the foundation of Bridge Global since its inception. The futsal competition is a great showcase of self-organization at work. Everything was done by a self-organized team. I believe this event is important to our company and the Cochin IT ecosystem. The more events like this are organized, the strong- er the ties between companies and people. We can all learn, work and play together! BB yy tt ee KK ii cc kk [ 5 ]
