A message from Stockton Real Estate Advisors Founder, Jim Paterno On April 1st, Stockton Real Estate Advisors moved into its permanent location on the 9th floor. We are especially excited to be adjacent to the newest amenity for the building—the 1760 Market Street Conference Center. The Conference Center features a large meeting room equipped with a 65” “Smart HD” TV, Wifi, and Polycom conference phone. There is seating for 16 with additionalcapacity should it be required. We also have a small “huddle” room equipped with a 50” “SmartHD” TV that is perfect for meetings of 4-6 people. The comfortable lounge area features a fullkitchen, including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and coffeemaker. For asmall fee, the lounge is the ideal place to host your company events. Both the conference roomand lounge require reservations. Please email Amy Orons at [email protected] or call215-636-4445 for information regarding pricing and availability.Since the beginning of 2016 we’ve been undertaking significant investment in the building,including corridor and restroom upgrades on select floors, substantial improvements to thebuilding entrance and lobby, and increased HVAC efficiency with the installation of a new boiler.Operationally, we’ve upgraded our cleaning efforts and have begun single-stream recycling.We’ve also enhanced security through our visitor management system and installation of 11 newsecurity cameras, allowing us to better monitor activity in and around the building.We held our first Tenant Appreciation Day of 2016 on St. Patrick’s Day with a bagel breakfast inthe lobby. Lower your State tax bill and help low-income children receive a quality education!The Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) is a privately-funded program whose mission is to pro-vide children from low-income Philadelphia families with financial access to quality, safe, K-8th grade, tuition-based schools, thereby increasing their long-term economic and social success. CSFP grants need-basedscholarships to children from low-income Philadelphia families, all of which are awarded by random lottery.CSFP currently serves 5,400 children enrolled at over 165 private and parochial schools.1760 Market Street Businesses can, for little out-of-pocket cost, help secure the educational future of hun-dreds of low-income children trapped in the lowest-performing schools in PA.On July 1, companies complete a short online application (www.newpa.com/OSTC) that tells the State howmuch they will donate to an eligible K-12th grade scholarship organization. Justin Dalske Justin takes care of 1760 Market Street’s maintenance responsibilities, and assists Tim Heizman with engineering issues. His background provides him with a variety of skills so that he is always prepared for any issue or problem that might arise. Justin grew up in Oreland, PA and graduated from Springfield Township High School. He then spent five years in the Army as a specialist in Air Defense, serving in Iraq, Korea, California, Texas and Oklahoma. During his 14-month tour of Iraq, he conducted numerous dismounted patrols and raids, and disarmed IED’s. WOW! Thank you for your service! Now living in the Point Breeze section of South Philadelphia, Justin lives with his beautiful wife, Carissa, and their 5 dogs—3 French Bulldogs and 2 Chihuahuas.11 questions for Justin!1.
