07 MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE Jacqueline Dantier and Laszlo Balogh are the founders and owners of Dantier + Balogh design studio. The organisation structure is simplistic. Jacqueline and Laszlo manage all employees and professional contacts, and will be interfacing with more than 10 account executives/vendors. They will determine resources requirements and monitor expenses for all aspects of the firm. D+B will act as a private limited company, without other employees at this point- but will be hired when required. Contract labour will be required during the construction phase for shopfitting, fabrication and surverying, but that will be reflected in the cost plan for each client’s project. Jacqueline’s salary will begin at a modest £1800 per month and then is projected at £2600 per month for year two and £3200 for year three. Laszlo’s will start at £1000 per month and then is projected at £2000 and £2600 for year three.
