ABOUT US Z-Band first came onto the technological scene back in 1999. Founded by three ex-AMP employees, Z-Band, Inc. was one of the earliest technologies to achieve convergence: voice, data, and video traveling across one cable, on one infrastructure. In 2018, the original founders transitioned the assets and management of the company to new ownership and Z-Band Technologies emerged. Over the past 20 years, Z-Band has witnessed tremendous technological change in the industry, all while undergoing remarkable growth. Today, we support a full suite of RF and IP video distribution products and possess a staff that designs, commissions, and supports hundreds of projects in the United States each year. As our industry continues to evolve, so will Z-Band Technologies. We are constantly looking to develop new technologies, add staff, and further advance our skill set to serve our customers better. OUR MISSION Z-Band's mission is to be the industry leading resource for ultra-reliable, easy-to-use products and services as it pertains to the mass distribution and control of video for business. Working with audio visual designers, consultants, and commercial end customers, Z-Band recognizes that each is faced with unique challenges. As such, we focus on understanding our customers' needs and providing customized technology solutions that save time, money, and worry. 2

PRODUCTS Z-DISTRIBUTION ZHC OVERVIEW SPEC HIGHLIGHTS The Z-Distribution ZHC hub is our 5th generation RF distribution Supports either coaxial or single mode fiber input product. Designed to distribute frequencies in the 54 to 860 MHz range while keeping them in their native RF format, this 1U device Compatible with Pro:Idiom encryption can be configured with either 8, 16, or 24 outputs for better fill ratio and more cost-effective system designs. Integrated Layer 2 switch to communicate with The ability to split, amplify, slope, and attenuate automatically Smart TVs, VOD systems, and IP enabled set top results in a completely self-balancing system with no need for boxes in-line amplification or manipulation. Industry-first remote diagnostic software (see 4 ZHC-Insight pg. 6)
OVERVIEW Z-TV A required component of our RF video distribution system, the Z-BALUN Z-Balun is offered in a variety of models. Each powered balun is located at the receive end of the system and automatically adjusts the signal level by inserting a conditioning algorithm based on its distance from the ZHC hub. It then converts the signal back to coax for connection to the TV. The ZHC, QAM, and DPX models are free-hanging, two-way devices with auxiliary ports available for IP devices. Wall mountable models like the WQM and WPX afford users the same functionality along with the clean look of a wall plate. SPEC HIGHLIGHTS Auto-detects distance from ZHC hub and uses Automatic Gain Control to adjust signal strength Aux port provides the ability to pass IP signal to other devices Provides unique identification impedance signature to the ZHC hub for port activation Two-way communication allows users full functionality of interactive program guides, VOD, and DVR features 5
PRODUCTS ZHC-INSIGHT OVERVIEW The ZHC-Insight is the industry's first remote diagnostic software developed to monitor RF video distribution. Used in conjunction with the Z-Distribution ZHC hub and the ZHC Baluns, the software is able to gather information on the incoming video feed, signal strength, as well as system-wide metrics like the number of connected baluns and operating information for any networked hubs. SPEC HIGHLIGHTS Enterprise-level software that allows for status monitoring and notifications of changes within the system Ability to enable or disable TV services by turning ports on or off Diagnostic information can be accessed remotely, allowing for more efficient troubleshooting Ability to check signal levels on any Z-Distribution device on the network Email/text alerts can be set up to give technicians and support staff 6
Z-TV OVERVIEW Z-LIGHT The Z-Light optical video system is an all-inclusive fiber optic system that includes built-in transmitters, receivers, and optical splitters. Available in 6, 16, and 26 milliwatt options, these 1U transmitters automatically configure load balancing for a flat signal output that effectively and efficiently delivers high-quality video. Since optical distribution suffers less signal loss over distance than traditional coax, the Z-Light transmitters, used in conjunction with Z-Distribution products, allow Z-Band systems to reach outlying buildings with ease. SPEC HIGHLIGHTS Microprocessor monitoring system automatically ensures excellent performance High-performance DFB direct modulated laser, advanced pre-distortion circuit and digital processing techniques Can accommodate transmission path loss up to 14dB Electronic level setting and adjustments 7

APPLICATIONS ADVANTAGES The healthcare industry continues to move away from utilization of coax cable, once the former standard for video distribution. Hospitals and other patient-related facilities are constantly looking to make use of new and emerging technologies to better serve their patients. Z-Band's technology seamlessly blends into the existing network infrastructure to provide reliable, high-quality video throughout the facility, all while integrating with patient interactive and nurse-call systems. Our solutions allow staff to focus on the well-being of patients instead of worrying about issues like television. It is the main reason we are the default video distribution system in so many health systems throughout the country. \"The best part of the Z-Band system is that it keeps the signal integrity, with no flaky channels like we had in our coax plant. Once we put it in, it's working and we can add other features to the system like integration with Emergency Alert and the ability to use a PC to access each hub in the system. It just works!\" - Don Morton, Dir. of Instructional Media Services - Palmetto Health 12

APPLICATIONS ADVANTAGES Government installations rely on quality video distribution for a number of reasons. From providing a respite with live sports and entertainment to our troops overseas, to maintaining a clear, high-def signal for operational and command broadcasts, reliable video is paramount. Z-Band systems provide all this, along with the added benefit of security. On top of being obsolete, traditional coax systems open up potential security weaknesses and cannot even be considered for Secure Compartmentalized Information Facilities. Using Z-Band along with CAT6 and single-mode fiber not only preps the installation for the future, but meets the current security standards set forth by the DOD. The General Services Administration (GSA) is the central authority for acquiring and managing resources for the federal government. Z-Band has passed their intense vetting process to obtain eligibility on the GSA contract. This greatly reduces the evaluation process and ensures federal, state, and local buyers that our products and services are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 16
